The mattress and box springs are wonderful, sleeping much better, have arthritis so i do not toss and turn nearly as much as before, love it

The mattress did not pump up all the way. If you sit anywhere around the sides you will fall of. The sides feel like their hollow.

For a medium firmness,seems a little more firm. Can't get back in vacuum packed stage so I guess I have to get used to it. Ok!

I had never bought a mattress in a box, but it defiantly was a pleasant surprise once it was unwrapped and it swelled up perfectly. It has the right amount of firmness as well. So far it has been the best mattress I've ever bought for the price.

Well I was really confused when I received the bed because I thought it had a little more of a bounce if u understand what I’m saying I lov the firmness bout it feels to much like the foam mattress and I have scoliosis so it’s hard on my back

very comfortable bed. was actually expecting 3 pieces. Did not know the bed skirt counted as a piece. very easy to assemble. Was not at all happy with the delivery. But all in all I love the product itself.

After unrolling it and giving it 72 hours to do its thing, there was a huge lump in the center. I had to weight it down for a few days and it’s still there but not as visible. My husband slept on it and he said it was fine.

I Purchased the mattress after reading reviews at Sam’s Club. I’m so glad I did! I have had severe back pain for over a year now, and since switching to this mattress I have no pain at all. So much better than having surgery!
