Bought two of these for bunk beds, the kids were sleeping on the ones that came with the set and the older one was complaining about it being uncomfortable. Upon setting the beds up they were rather high for the top bunk but that's ok i'll modify the bunk and put a higher bar support if I have to. Anyway, I set up the beds and last night i decided to try it out... I laid down and wasn't even really that tired but wow, closed my eyes for a few mins and actually passed out! This thing is comfortable, and has an amazing firmness I didn't think it would have seeing as how it was packaged. Woke up 5 hours later with no pains and felt refreshed. There is a little new bed smell that will clear out in a day, but it's a small price to pay for the quality of the bed. This is a good quality mattress for the price range. I would say its definitely firm. The individual coils make it nice and stable. There is no foam side wrapping, but that doesn't matter much. The shipping was really fast, and a great deal. I'm going to add a topper to this, and then I think it will be just right.

I have put off writing this review until I thought I could give it a proper review. We have had the bed roughly a month now. It was the 1st time we ordered a bed online. i went by what we had seen in stores and the reviews I read on the Sams website. The price helped too. We absolutely love it. At first it felt a little more firm than what we wanted. But we figured it had to be given a chance you know bed in a box role up just needed time. Glad we gave it time. After about 3 nights, we slept better, got more rest, and didn't have pains when we awoke. For me 5 ft 9 and 300 lbs I sleep better, I don't wake up in more pain than I went to bed with. This was a big deal. My husband doesn't snore as badly I have noticed if at all. We both seem to have a little more energy. I think this is the best buy we could have made and the price didn't hurt either. So far no dips in the bed..

Ordered this after I realized that I couldn't get a full sized mattress into my suv to get it home from my local Sam's. For the same price this one was delivered! And, yes, the box is large (about 4' x 3' x 3'), and heavy (use a handcart)... but unpacking was pretty simple. Hint... keep it boxed (or at least rolled up tight) until you have it where you want it. Once you allow air in, it's just like moving any other mattress. My daughter loves it... and the thickness and comfort are on par with my $$$ non-vacuum packed one!

I bought a king size for my bed about 6 months ago and still love it. Replaced an old mattress on my son's bed with this one and it is great. Puffed right up out of the box to full size and he is sleeping great on it. I even had to sleep in with him one night and had no back pain in the morning like with the old mattress. Best deal online!

We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a new mattress because it was for our camper, so after doing some on-line research, we decided on this mattress from Sam's. I've never owned or slept on a mattress w/o a box spring, so I was a little apprehensive on the comparability aspect. My husband was the first one to sleep on it & he was more than happy at how comfy it was. And considering the 8" mattress that used to be in our camper, WOW is this mattress nice!! If we had the need for another mattress, I'd definitely purchase another one, but in king size as that's what we're used to sleeping on. For the cost & so far, the durability, this mattress is definitely cost effective & money well spent. P.S. Don't worry about the fact it's shipped all rolled up in a box. This has no effect on the wear or the mattress. Also, there's no odor like some mattresses like this have. Ready to sleep on in a matter of 6 hours after unpackaging it.

I've bought this mattress before and had no issues. However with my recent mattress order, it came vacuumed sealed as usual except the mattress was folded in half before being rolled and vacuum-sealed. I did everything as instructed but the mattress was left with a huge elevated lump where the mattress was folded and the edges were collapsed... waiting for my replacement and see if it has the same issue

I bought this mattress a couple months ago and it arrived in the box. There seems to be an issue of it being coiled up in the box because even after a second replacement has been provided, The mattress has a bend in the middle. Used it in the guestroom and have gotten complaints is it sags in the middle. It does not have any support around the edges and this is the main problem that affects the firmness of the mattress. Since it comes in a smaller box, once it’s uncoiled then there is no way FedEx will be able to pick up the mattress for it to be returned. This was a major headache.

I tried waterbeds, regular foam mattresses and others, After 6 surgeries to my back and one neck fusion I found this bed and enjoyed it from the first night. It is rated a 3 on the chart and it is on the firmer side but for me it does conform to my painful points on my body and supports me quite well. If you are looking for something softer look for a number 2 rating.. For me this bed has been the right choice. It was a gamble but well worth it.

Received matress earlier than expected. That was great! Unfolded matress, waited 3 days for matress to plump up. I should have listened to the other reviews. The corners slope downward. You do feel like you are falling off the sides. It is puffed up on one side, big crease down the middle vertically. And horizontal crease as well. Sams issued a refund and awaiting pick up of matress now.
