I bought this yesterday and spent today cleaning my loungeroom carpet and most of my upholstery. Frankly I'm amazed at what this machine collected. I have been regularly using an older but reputable cleaner with a brand beginning with B. B was good but my new H is much better.

I've had this for a little over a year with three pets at home, and it definitely did the job. However, considering the brand and price, I’m disappointed and very unhappy that the clean water tank has a common issue with the spring at the bottom coming loose. After research, I found I’m not the only one experiencing this problem. Furthermore, the replacement cost is about a third of what a new carpet cleaner costs, which leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. I hope this reviews helps people when looking to purchase this carpet cleaner or this issue is resolved with an updated model.

this is the best product to use. have had several of them and only brand i will buy. i had to invest in a new one a couple of months ago. now i have a problem with it. inside the cleaning solution one the part in the bottom that dispenses the cleaner has came off inside. there is no way i can figure out how to get them back together. i know there is no way i can take it back to store i bought it from. very frustrating that i cant use it without all the solution running out at once.

Bought this a few weeks ago and love it! But there are some cons. I do wish this had the rinse knob instead of taking out the solution tank, I wish it just blocked it from mixing. I also wish that the tanks were as big as the Powerscrub Deluxe. But other than that, great machine!

I bought my Carpet cleaner a couple of years ago. It still works great and I love it. It will collect any cat hair I missed when I vacuumed. The machine will collect in the brushes all though the bottom. I don't like cleaning out all that hair by hand but it gets all the loose hair. I never give 5 stars unless the product is exceptionally great and this one was close.
