The first thing I wanted to do was scrub my which was much needed. It blows my how dirty my couch! This was so easy to put together and it includes a small bottle of cleaner which was an awesome bonus! My carpet is now super clean and so soft! And my couches it so nice to have it nice and clean! This scrubber is so worth it! Price wise and quality wise! I am so happy with this scrubber!

I am 65 and my old hoover finally went "brushes up" after 20+ years. So I'm hoping to not have to buy another. We live rural, with dogs, cats, livestock, and lots of dirty shoes that don't always get kicked off outside like they should. I clean the carpets at least 4 times per year. One thing I liked on the old one was the little spin brushes that don't seem to stretch the carpet out like brush rolls can. Sadly, the new one's brushes are kinda wimpy, and don't look like they will last as long. Hoover: use sturdier brushes! I shouldn't have to buy new ones in a couple years. Otherwise very happy with purchase.

I love that it's wider than my Bissell, and I am able to get more done in a shorter amount of time. It worked well and it was easy to clean up afterwards.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats that are outside constantly and I was never able to get my carpets cleaned perfectly. That is until I tried this. It is light weigh, strong, and does such a fantastic job. My friends and family thought I had my rugs steam cleaned. This machine works wonders. Cleaned my rugs so well that my daughters allergies actually got better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me begin by stating that me and my girlfriend live in a home with two children, one teenager, three cats and two dogs. We are, as you can surely imagine, no strangers to messes and stains. Aside from the never-ending pile of fluff that accumulates on the carpet mostly from our biggest dog - a forever-shedding retriever/lab mix - we must constantly deal with spills and stains. The most recent stain was from Halloween, when fake blood and root beer hit the carpet directly in front of the front door simultaneously and got tracked around the house for a good half hour before anyone cared to let us know. I honestly did not have ANY hope for this stain. But, while I will admit that it took three or four passes, the stain is completely gone! Seriously, not even a hint of it remains. Aside from this, for the first time since we first moved into this home about 7 months ago, our living room smells FRESH! Another thing that I have to point out is how absolutely simple this machine is to use. I have used several similar style carpet shampooers, but this is by far the easiest I have ever touched. While the cleaning process is the same as the vast majority of such shampooers, the ease with which the shampooer can be cleaned is second to none. I fully expected to spend a good 15 minutes struggling to get all of the gunk out, but this thing comes completely apart with a snap and leaves absolutely no hard to reach corners. This makes it literally as easy as snapping it open and rinsing it out. I HIGHLY recommend this shampooer above anything else in this price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every year, I dread spring cleaning and carpet cleaning in general. I have used a number of carpet cleaners from different manufacturers. From Rug Dr. To Carpet Express I find each one has pros and cons but hoover has done a great job at creating a versatile but lightweight option that uses enough water to actually make you feel like you cleaned the carpet and couch thoroughly while also providing enough suction to avoid pulling out the fans to dry everything afterwards. I use this machine for spot cleaning carpets and couches or to deep clean the carpet. I'm very pleased with the ease of use and simple design. I will always keep a similar machine on hand and highly recommend for all households.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to trying the Hoover PowerScrub XL+ Carpet Cleaner I used the Bissell upright Pet Cleaner. But this Hoover machine works great. It's easy to use and very straightforward with the instructions. There's a noticible difference in the carpet. This cleaned to well that the "clean" areas before starting had to be done to ensure the carpet matched! I'm very pleased with this appliance. I'm going to invest in the matching vacuum!

It was very easy to put together since theres only a few big parts since its a huge and heavy machine but it does the job of deeply cleaning my big dog's hair and it does it pretty well. My only issue is that it's kinda heavy to carry and transfer especially if you're doing the stairs. Also, I was hoping that the smaller one would have a vacuum too or I haven't really figured that out cause I was trying to look for a button and things to make it work but it looks like its only like a brush with water spray in it. Otherwise, it's a powerful and good product and I definitely recommend!
