We just got new flooring after 20+ years, so I'm really excited to have this new carpet cleaner. I've owned the older version for several years, but I had the one without the upholstery attachment. I haven't needed to use this on the carpets yet because they're only a few weeks old, but I used it to clean dog puke off the luxury vinyl plank floor in my daughter's room and it worked amazingly. I also cleaned a stain on the couch that I hadn't been able to remove previously.

Assembly wasn't the easiest, even though they include step by step picture instructions. The pieces don't fit perfectly together, so k spent a good bit of time second guessing myself. The cleaning power left something to be desired. Our carpets were cleaned about 6 months ago professionally, but we do have a 13 month old, so accidents happen. However, this did not seem to get up basic entry way marks. I will continue to try it & see if there maybe is something that can be tweaked & make it more effective, but for now, I have to leave it at "nice to have, but not something I'd recommend."

It also did a great job of cleaning cat pee/spray from the carpets (which after having 6 cats can be a lot). It also did a great job of not leaving the carpet wet afterwards. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner! I started our by doing some traffic areas, just to see how it worked, using just the solution it came with, and I was impressed, and then I noticed that te directions recommended pretreating for best results so I did that, and I was very happy with the results. With previous carpet cleaners, I was constantly stopping to change out the dirty water, but not with this one. It has a separate tank for the clean and dirty water, which I love. It definitely makes the process go a whole lot faster. I also love the heated dryer. When you're finished cleaning your carpets, they're already dry - not damp, but completely dry. That might be my favorite part. I used to hate scrubbing my carpet and then walking around on damp carpet for the next day. Now I don't have to.

Very easy to assemble and use is a little heavy pulling back but it seems to be a good machine that works we will see how it lasts. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is really good!!! I got it as a free product to try and I'm really happy with it so far! The assembly was pretty easy and I love that there is a pouch for the additional brush with a hose for smaller areas and a cleaning solution bottle that come with it. The cleaning process is quite easy as well, the cleaner disperses and sucks up the water with cleaning solution quickly and efficiently! It's quite hard to see how dirty my carpet is because of its color and texture, but after running this cleaner over one spot several times the water turned out very dirty (I added a photo), so the cleaner definitely does the job I didn't even know I needed done! It takes a little time for the carpet to dry, so I tend to not clean the room I will need to walk around in soon, but it's worth it) I've got a lot of friends who asked to borrow my carpet cleaner to try out on their carpets before buying their own, so I would definitely recommend it to people)

I bought this yesterday, today was my first time using it. As I poured the dirty water down the toilet I saw a red cylinder fall in just as the toilet auto flushed. Why make it so the filter falls off so easily? No I have to order one and am not able to use the machine until it comes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is beyond words. This item works so well I'm literally speechless. The design of the machine is great and makes for effortless cleaning after use. I give it a 100% I just love the deep cleaning feature. It's like I have new carpet again.
