I used to have a smaller one, lost that then got this and it works wonders. I can clean my carpet and area rugs with no hassle and my furniture as far as my couch and spots on my bed. I have been using a different brand of carpet cleaner for many years and was quite satisfied with it. However, my perspective changed after I purchased this Hoover carpet cleaner. I have beige carpet that is over 25 years old, and this machine worked wonders on it. We have a household with both cats and dogs, so messes are unavoidable. Despite this, the machine effortlessly cleaned up even the most stubborn stains, including set-in urine stains. I appreciate the separate containers for dirty and clean water, as well as the fact that there is no need to mix the cleaning solution. Additionally, removing the brush heads for cleaning is incredibly simple. Honestly, I cannot imagine a better carpet cleaner. I ended up cleaning the entire living room because the results were so impressive, which is not a bad thing at all. My carpets now look better than when I first purchased my house a few years ago. I am genuinely amazed by this product and will continue to choose this brand in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house is 90% carpet and I have a child and pet so my carpet gets dirty all the time, my regular vacuum didn't do enough, my carpet has some stains and it can be expensive to rent a washing carpet service, until I got this great Hoover Power Scrub XL+ Carpet Cleaner and finally I was able to get a deep cleaning of my carpets and couch. This machine is amazing! It was easy to assemble and use, if you follow instructions properly your carpets will be clean and will dry quick using the heatforce. It's lighweight, it comes with a tank easy to remove and put back into place. The five spinscrub brushes seems to do a great job, so far is a great tool to keep my carpet and home clean and fresh, especially with my child who is always playing on the floor.

I decided to practice with the machine on the dogs chair and to my surprise It's now as bright as new and smells wonderful. Honestly, it was a bit of work but the reward is so nice that it was a bit like therapy. I kind of look forward to shampooing it again just to see if I can make it brighter yet.

I've used other styles of personal "pet" carpet cleaner, and they didn't compare to this one. I've had the same three spots in my entryway for a while, and none have even came close, until now. Just a few minutes, without even pretreating, and the spots are seemingly gone.

I had some spills I had been waiting to clean up so I could use this one instead of my old one. I must say, I am impressed with its cleaning power with just a couple of passes over the stain. And the carpet is already just about dry and I just finished a few minutes ago. I am truly appreciative of @bzzagent and @hoover for giving me the chance to try this baby out. I it!!

This is a must have especially if you have pets and kids. I bought more cleaning solution. The cleaning solution included didn't go far. Overall, I'm very happy. My carpet's a lot cleaner and softer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had quite a few different carpet cleaners and this one is by far the best one. My current home still has carpet probably from the late 90s. I even had them professionally cleaned and this thing did better than the professionally cleaning company. I'm not saying this is going to save my old old carpet but it definitely cleaned it and got the smells and pet stains out so I can save to actually replace the carpet in the whole house.

We have three dogs and the floor hasn't looked this good in a while. I will mention some of the parts seem to not "click together' like you think they would, but that's alright as long as the seal is strong
