[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about this razor was the packaging. As silly as that sounds, the package was actually very easy to open. I didn't need scissors and I didn't slice up my hand trying to open the plastic. It had a nice cardboard bottom that came apart fairly easily. Now, to the razor. In full disclosure, I have been using a Gillette Fusion Power for about 4-5 years. I liked because I felt that the "power" version gave you a closer shave. It does not even compare to the Gillette Fusion Flexball razor. I have shaved with it now four times, all with the same blade, and this razor definitely moves to the contours of my face a lot better then the Fusion Power. With the fusion power, I had to use multiple strokes to get a smooth shave under those curvy areas of my jawbone. The Flexball razor is able to get those areas my fast, much closer and with much less razor burn. I still shave with the Gillette shaving gel, but the Gillette Fusion ProShield Flexball razor also has a lotion strip on the top and the bottom of the razor, providing added comfort. After four shaves with this razor, the lotion strips are still holding up. The best thing about this razor, is that I received the product for free from Gillette® as part of a BzzAgent trial. I have to say, I am going to put the Fusion Power away and continue to purchase blades for the Gillette Fusion ProShield with FlexBall Technology razor.

For years I've been using Schick and Gillette razors, used them interchangeable, because they all felt the same. However the Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor with Flexball Technology is definitely a notch above the manual razors. The one thing that stood out for me, is this razor gave me less cuts compared to all the other razors. Usually when I start with a new blade, I always have cuts in certain areas of my face, but this razor reduced my nicks and cuts by more than 50%. This means the ball technology really works and the blade moves to the contour of my face. I've been using the blade for a 1.5 weeks so far, and the blades are still sharp, given that I have a thick beard. In addition, the lubrication all around the blade is still holding up well. I really like this razor, it holds well in the hand, and after shaving, the face was smooth. If you are looking for a razor that will glide across the different and difficult areas of your face, and razor blade that will out last a normal razor, this razor is for you. Gillette has finally outdone all the other manual razors in the market.

I spent a fortune buying every kind of electric shaver you can buy and I tried every kind of hand held razor you can find and all I could do was cut up my face. First let me state that I am 45 years old and I think my hair is changing a bit and a lot on my face. I never had problems shaving before but now and for the past few months I've been miserable. I would cut my face to pieces and I was so unhappy with it, I really didn't know what to do. One day I received The Gillette Fusion Proshield Razor with Flexball Technology and that was the day my shaving life has changed for the better. Why not, I've tried everything else. I thought: Big deal, this is will probably be like all the rest but I'm going to give it a try!! Well lo and behold: This razor DEFINITELY TOOK THE CAKE-!! CAN YOU SAY: OH HAPPY DAYS?.........I was as skeptical as I am with alllllllll the rest of the things I have tried....and lo and behold........it glides over my face and I can shave alllllllllllllllll day long with it and it ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CUT MY FACE....ABSOLUTELY NO WAY-!!!!!! I practically started jumping up and down on the bed telling my wife how FABULOUS this razor is!! Now listen to this ladies: Don't borrow this razor from your husband because they are very inexpensive and you can have your own and they will shave your legs as smooth as a baby's behind!! You'll love this razor, too!! My wife has very fine hair and this razor will not cut you so you'll be very happy with it-guaranteed!! If it doesn't work for you-then I will go and eat rocks!! She has the smoothest legs ever!! They downright shine-without any lotion on them!! So don't think twice about giving this razor a try!!

It totally shattered my expectations, it's movement, lubrication strips, single blade edger wad all just about perfect. Easy to use, no effort needed when shaving around your chin or cheeks. The flexball helps get the facial hair that most razors are almost impossible to get to... The lubrication strip at top and bottom of the razor ensures there's no friction coming or going... I tryed it on long facial hair to put it to the test... It passed trust me... Clean smooth shave... Great product I highly recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had received the Gillette Fusion Proshield with Flexball Technology for free from Gillette I really liked this product the razor glided nicely over my face with ease. It was so smooth I probably could of even used no shaving gel if need be due to the lubricanting before and after the blades or if I was low on shaving gel and had a minimal amount I would be ok using this razor unlike other razors out there that it is a need for shaving gel in a decent amount. Finally this razor in my opinion would have low chance of cutting you due to the flexball technology and the lubricating areas before and after the blades which didn't leave no razor burn or razor bumps like others as well.

The contours under my neck were handled very easily and shaved cleaner with fewer strokes and less irritation. the issue I had personally was the fact that I have a thin line beard which was very hard to keep crisp with the very thick lubrication strips. I also really miss the single blade at the top. Over all this is a great razor and I will continue using it and see if the "learning curve" with the strips improves as I really like the shave. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Fusion Flexball is a fantastic disposable razor system. The fusion heads give an easy smooth shave without roughing up my skin and the Flexball handle noticeably improves the razor's ability to follow the contours of my skin. With my old Fusion handles, certain areas of my neck would require multiple passes from multiple different angles to get every stray whisker. The Flexball handle seems to twist just enough to keep the cutting surface flat against my face and neck at all times, eliminating the need for extra passes. I received this product for free!

These are great in design and function for use in spaces as delicate, but less public facing area than your face. Fille has instructions on this website about this little spoken of "other" men's use for razors. And it shouldn't be secretive or shameful or whatever the issue is. Nobody ever told me as a young man this was even an option, and I wish they had. In my 40s, I only started this close of a non trimmer shave last year. I'll never go back. There's benefits that range from comfort to summertime freshness, to your other half being a guaranteed fan of a close shave, increased access, and cosmetic appeal. The tree out front looks taller once that mess on the ground was cleaned up, if you catch my drift. Guess what else? Know what nobody likes? A hair in their mouth. So act accordingly! And let's start educating young men. We're not gorillas for Pete's sake! (The "add photo" button below would get me arrested in some states. I'll politely decline.)

It has been more than 20 years I am using Gillette and couple of times give the chance to some others but nothing can beat even get close to Gillette when it comes to blade and razor. and now using this specific type for 3 years. very soft on skin and easy to cut all the hairs without scratch or bleeding
