[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product for free and I think it's a fantastic razor, the flexball makes a difference. The new Flexball handle seems to fit existing Fusion blades, so you can use your old stash of blades with this new handle. I didn't notice any changes with the razor blades themselves; they're excellent as they have always been. The main reason to get this is for the Flexball handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I think that Gillette hit the mark dead center with this razor. The flexball worked perfectly. I've never had any issues with razors on my cheeks or face but my neck was always tough. Most razors cut into my skin as I go under my chin onto my neck. And that causes those terrible looking neck bumps. Thankfully with the flexball that didn't happen at all! The transition around my chin onto my neck was smooth and I got no irritation. 3 uses in and no neck bumps or red marks. The only down side I have found in my research into the flexball is its price. It's a little expensive for blade refills...that's the only thing keeping this product from being 5 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited when I first got this product. However after using it I prefer the previous model. The Flex Ball Still works great but I think the extra moisturizer strip is a waste. Anytime I would put this on my bathroom counter the yellow moisturizer would rub off on the counter (and sometimes stain the counter). Also the blades feel like they don't feel like they get as close to my skin compared to other fusion razors. I think this product is a good idea but I think it still needs some improvement.

The flexball is the key to keep your razor to your face around those uneven areas of the face especially around the chin and jawline. I have never had a closer shave than this blade Plus I got this Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor from Gillette free to try it out.

I will honestly be switching and using these blades for now on. Also the shaving cream is great. I will be using it one, for a long time, and even buying more soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette sent me one of their new razors and a can of shaving gel no charge and asked that I share my experience. Here is what I found. The first thing I liked about the Gillette ProGlide with Flexball was the easy open packaging. I didn't need a box cutter or a blow torch to open it and get at the goods. Next was the quality "feel" that the handle has. It has enough weight to it that it feels nice and solid in your hand and well balanced too. The handle clicked into the blade with no fuss and again it felt nice and solid not loose and floppy like some brands I've used in the past. These first things that I noticed don't necessarily translate to a good shave but they definitely made me feel I was using a quality product. The ProGlide 2 in 1 shave gel has a great scent. I use Gillette body wash and scents are very similar. My wife really loves it. I like the feel of the gel and it did leave my face feeling very soft . I do prefer a bit more lather then I was able to achieve but all in all a big deal though. My first shave using the new Gillette ProGlide razor with Flexball went very "smoothe" 😀I didn't need to repeat any strokes or go against the grain to get the closeness I desired. I have a somewhat angular face and the flexibility the ball offers really seamed to keep the blades against my skin giving me an all over close shave without missing the hard to hit places. For my second shave using the ProGlide with Flexball I wanted to give it a real work out so I waited a little longer than my normal. I had a nice little scruff going for my second shave and still I was able to achieve a nice smooth shave with minimal effort in near record time. After all was said and done I could not have been more pleased.

I use a 95 year old safety razor, order my blades from Russia, and use a cake of hard shaving soap made mostly of animal fat. So, imagine my glee when Bzzagent.com sent me a brand new Gillette Fusion to try. I was hesitant and curious at the block of 5 small blades on the end but know the Gillette name and it's fine reputation. The razor is pleasant to the eye. It's shiny, sleek and has quite a bit of movement thanks to the ball. It felt good in my hand. So I pulled out my brush and cup, whipped a later up, and prepared to scrap the old face. It ran across my face smooth and quick, no need to go twice. There was not a hint of a cut or scratch. It really did not feel like shaving at all, more like pretending to shave as a kid. It did a fine job and worked fast, I would recommend it to anyone. The only problem I did have with it was there were just too many blades. The bulky tip did not allow me to maneuver through that spot between your nostrils and upper lip or between the crevice between your lower lip and chin, so I was left with a tiny smile of fuzz around my nose. I could live with it though. All in all, I was very pleased, but not enough to change my ritual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried Gillette Fusion ProShield Razor with Flexball Technology for the first time on Christmas Eve. First of all, I loved the Gillette Fusion Sensitive Skin Gel. Smelled great and really covered my face nicely. I actually got whipped peaks on my jawline which I've never gotten before with any other shaving cream! But the razor is the real star of the show. It literally glided across my face, giving me a nice, close shave. I really loved the way the Flexball helped move the razor head to mirror the contours of my face. No nicks. Perfect shave. I have been cutting corners lately and buying other company's blades. This sample helped remind me what I've been missing. I need to keep using this razor! Love it! What would I want to know before I get this product? I'd love to know how much the blades cost and how long they last. I know that these blades are more expensive than other products on the market, but if Gillette could give data showing that the blade lasts 2x as long as competitor blades, gives a 50% closer shave, and is preferred 3 to 1 to said competitor, this data would definitely help move me to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the razor for the first time and it just glided off of my face. It let my face feeling like a baby's bottom, overall the proglide razor is now one of my favorite razors to shave with. I'm definitely going to buy more cartridges
