We've been buying this product for about ten years. Love it. I can still remember when it was a bargain.

We prefer Members Mark double smoked brand. More meaty and less fat. Bacon quantities on the shelf have dwindled, store was out of our favorite. I took the last 6 packages of ANY BACON. WE ARE CARNIVORE.

I was excited to try this bacon...2 2 lb. packages stuck together so you can't see the back labels of each. When I got home, I unstuck the packages and realized the expiration date was next week (?!?), then I opened one package and it was already turning different colors. It was so disappointing because I really haven't eaten bacon in years but wanted to make BLTs for us. I returned it but have to wonder how many Wright bacon packages at Sam's should've been pulled from the shelves but weren't...

The bacon is lean and fries to a nice crispy finish. However, the main reason I purchased this (instead of the brand I usually buy) was for the real wood smoked flavor. The bacon has absolutely no smoke flavor at all. Since I didn't know this until I opened it and fried some I now have 4 pounds of bacon that I am stuck with that I do not enjoy. I probably will not buy this brand in the future. It's very disappointing.

This is good quality bacon, not too much fat, and the thickness is to my liking.

Just not crazy about this style of bacon.

Wright bacon is the best tasting bacon. I wouldn't want to change it for anything else

I am very pleased with the quality and quantity of this purchase.
