Thick delicious bacon.  It doesn't shrink up much at all, which is rare in bacon.  It's expensive but the best quality bacon you could get.

This bacon is great. The hickory flavor is strong, but not too strong. I do only buy the thick version and it cooks evenly.

When I buy bacon I try to buy the smoked, hickory, oak, etc. because of the flavor when I was growing up.

I absolutely love the hickory smoked and the applewood smoked bacon because of the flavor and the smell while I'm cooking it in the skillet.
