This is good bacon. It's thick sliced and has a yummy smokey flavor. There is a fair amount of bacon grease that cooks off. But I use that for cooking too. There's usually plenty of meat on this brand. Wright® Hickory Smoked Bacon

This is the only brand of bacon that I will buy. I also only buy the three pound pack for my large family. Thick sliced with the hickory smoked flavor. This is making my mouth water just thinking about it.

This bacon cooks up perfectly. Crisp and delicious. The hickory smoke flavor complements the bacon well. A little pricier than Salome, but one of the best I've found for taste.

I cook in a smoker grill for added flavor. This bacon is almost same length when cooked as when started. I also have bacon from a Locker. It shrinks to about 3/4 size when cooked. Very good flavor also.
