We love Wright bacon. We generally buy the hickory smoked bacon product. I have tried many other brands and they do not come close to the taste and quality. The flavor is spot on. The zip closure is a nice touch; helps keep the bacon fresh longer.

My kids can't get enough of those bacon usually I have to buy two. I make it by cooking it in the oven at 400° on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and it comes out wonderfully crisp and also medium crispy depending on what people in my family want.
