If you notice fleas in your home, on your pet, and on you, the fleas have been present long enough to have laid eggs- at the rate of 80 per day per each. I tried this on all four cats. It absolutely did NOT work. I rue the day I read good or decent reviews here rather than opened my wallet to buy a vet-prescribed product. The fleas still caused us problems and the population swelled because of this product's ineffectiveness. Once I used the vet's Adv., the cats were okay and, for my comfort from bites, it was on to glue traps, flea bombs, diatomaceous earth, and a vet spray for the environment to break the 90-day flea cycle, egg through adult. NOT recommended.

I've used Pet Armour Plus for a while now. I was happy to find it at Sam's at such a reasonable price. I think it works as good as any of the topicals out there. My cats don't react much when I apply it, and it's never caused sores. I've tried others with different ingredients that did hurt their skin. I read a tip to apply some antibiotic ointment and then the liquid. I do that now, just in case. I sure don't want to hurt my kitties. I use this monthly, and apply diatomaceous earth to my yard and catio monthly, as well. It's not a perfect plan, but it certainly helps.
