I really liked the chairs and they were shipped quickly but the orange clips that secure the legs onto the chair were either missing or broken. I contacted Keter to see if just the clips were available and I was told to just return the chairs. I even ordered a second set to see if they were any better but sadly the same situation. I had to return the 4 heavy chairs which was a major hassle.

We recently purchased the loungers, 2 in a box. Very comfortable but surprised they are made totally of plastic. Seem to be heavy duty as I’m 220 lbs and there’s no sagging to the unit. Curious as to how they hold up after a few months in the direct sunlight. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I saw these chairs at Sams and had to have some. They are very comfortable and easy to adjust. They seem to be sturdy enough and not too many moving parts so think they will hold up well. Had no trouble with shipping them to my home and all was ok after opening.

Very nice (large) pieces of outdoor furniture. They seem to be pretty solid. I haven't used them yet because I'm having a pool built in the backyard. I had to have the contractor make the sunshelf bigger for these chairs. They're all plastic (which I like) so the salt water won't rust them.

These chaise loungers look great but one of them had a foldable leg that wouldn't stay connected to the lounger. I called the manufacturer, Keter, and they are sending a replacement leg but it will take 12 weeks to get to me. I'm concerned that if a new leg doesn't solve the problem, will I need to send back the whole lounger and wait another 12 weeks? Keter Customer service was very professional and helpful, giving me confidence that they will make it right. I wish the delivery time wasn't so long.

Looked great but first order came broken.....and I blamed the delivery company. Second set came and 3rd time someone sat on the chair it broke...….this material it is made of is questionable and terrible workmanship. Looks good but broken chair does you no good. Next step, REFUND and figure out how to get it back to them.....thinking an in person visit to Sam's Club.

These chairs do not lock on the front legs so they collapse at times without warning. They are very spacious and look beautiful. I like that is appears to be made of resin material so they should not rust. But with the resin material a cushion would make them more comfortable. They are a great value and I would definitely recommend!

Found these on Sam's site, concerned about some of the reviews, but price right. Came as promised, but one of the backs hack several areas of broken wicker, even those box not damage. Great chairs, 2 clicks on legs and done!. Called the company, and promised to ship a new back in 4-6 weeks. Chair still functional, will have to see if customer service comes through, but very friendly and easy to reach by phone.

We purchased this set about 3 weeks ago. You will obviously need to buy your choice of cushions, needed due to construction material you can get away with laying a heavy towel on it but cushions are recommended. Also there is no in store pick up this is our 2 set thank God it wasn’t broken we had to ship back our first set extremely large box at least 7 ft long by 4 ft high by 4 ft wide, but the set did not have enough packing between them and the legs were broken. When we called for a return the on line people were terrible, I had to argue for them to contact Ups for the return info, and then deal with repacking this huge box and put it out on the day UPS would pick up. The replacement came quickly. Also I did contact our local Sams store manager and he was a great help in getting this problem handled.

My gravity lounges we’re old and tired. I was looking for replacements that I could stretch out on. These were perfect. They arrived timely, well packaged and made. They look way more expensive than they were. I paired them up with members mark cushions and they are so comfortable. Highly recommend.
