Plastic and cheap, don’t wast your time. Looked ok, however they came damaged and couldn’t withstand everyday use. Poor quality, very surprised sams would even carry such a cheap, poorly made product....

Received set with one broken out of the box. It is made hard plastic that will break. If i had known that would not have bought it.

We ordered these online and out of the 10 we bought, 4 came broken. I immediately called Sams and they are going to send a truck and exchange them. Because I did not see these at the store and just bought them for the value compared to other "resin wicker" loungers, I didn't realize they were actually 100% molded plastic. The CONS: These are not resin wicker they are molded plastic designed to look like resin wicker. They look nice but when you put the legs down, the front row does not lay flat, rather it is on it's tippy toes, which creates a wobbly effect when you sit in them. Not sure how to remedy that. Overall, they are nice looking but you will definitely need a towel under your body as the molded wicker design will leave an imprint. The PROS: They are comfortable, because they are solid plastic they will not rust or leave rust marks on the cement, they are designed to let water run between the molded wicker so they will not mold. They are weatherproof but do not turn them over to stack them or pull them over cement or the plastic will turn white and scratch up. They do stack, but it is basically because you are stacking one loosely on top of the other.

We ordered and received the Keter 2-Pack “ALL-WEATHER” Grenada Chaise Loungers May 2023 and in June 2023 the backs of BOTH chairs broke completely off when unexpected WEATHER (rain storm) came through! We only had them for ONE month! They are plastic and cannot be fix, so basically I threw away $350 (after tax)!!!

When we took one of the lounge chairs out of the box two days ago, the front leg and back were off, we thought we just needed to put it together then we discovered it was broken off. the chair is cracked. I called the 800 number and reported it but haven't heard from anyone on what i need to do to get a new one shipped to me. hopefully this problem will be resolved soon! Attached is a photo of where the front legs should be but it's detached and it's cracked and broken

I bought this set on a couple months ago. This set is absolute garbage. It's wobbly and not sturdy at all. Well talk about not sturdy! Let me tell you a little story... I should've known because you get what you pay for and this is a perfect example of that! I am so embarrassed. I was hosting swim lessons at my home last week and one of the moms was sitting on one of the loungers watching her baby swim when all of a sudden the chair POPPED and the legs crumbled! Now, you are probably thinking, the lady was over the weight limit. NOPE, she weighs less than 150lbs! I felt terrible, liable and so embarrassed that I had these chairs set out for people to ENJOY sitting by my pool! Terribly made chairs!

Already have a set of these that I really like. Ordered another set. First set was missing a piece where back attaches. Second set the primer was showing through on the head and foot area. Third set was the same thing with the paint. Needless to say they don’t want to send me another replacement but the problem is the quality control. I want to recommend this product but because we were sent multiple shipments from a bad batch and not can’t get another set I can’t.
