While I really wanted to like these chairs, one of them arrived with the hinge completely broken off. As it was plastic, there is no way to repair them and the company blamed me for the damage. Seems they should be better built and the company should stand behind their product.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with this item. I read the reviews before ordering and they were all good, but what we received were plastic lounge chairs that looked cheap and they were also damaged intransit to us. We ended up having to return the chairs and bought the wicker lounge chairs at Sam's instead that were much better looking although more expensive. I would not recommend purchasing this item, pay the extra money and buy the wicker lounge chairs!

Chair-back hinge pins (plastic) are extremely weak and brittle. Had less than a month and two are broken and unusable. I ordered 6 chairs (3 sets of two), and already 1/3 of them are unusable. I am processing a return on these chairs currently. I would not recommend them at all.

They look nice but they break and that 2-year warranty by Keter is worthless. I bought them last July used them for 2 months put them away for winter and the back brace that is hollow plastic broke. I have called and written Keter numerous times NO RESPONSE. Don't bother. Spend a little more and get Sam's brand.

Wouldn’t invest in these, one of them didn’t even last the season as the from leg assembly broke off. I was watching when it happened, a 10 year old sat down on the front and the legs just snapped off. Very cheap not made in America, spend your money elsewhere.

So I saw these online and I liked the way they looked and liked the price. I also read all the mixed reviews and decided to give them a try. Well first set arrived damaged, both had a small break on the same area and one had a much bigger break on the end, as if it was dropped. Called customer service and they sent out a new set and arranged pick-up of the damaged set. So I gotta say that the Customer Service people were the BEST. So second set arrives, I open up the box and all looks well..............until I look at bottom chaise which is broken in same spot as the other 2 were before. At this point I decided that A) Packing and shipping were bad for these chairs and B) If they broke that easily just getteing here they might get even worse after sitting out in our Florida sun and If it ever got blown away and hit another hard surface I was sure they would break. At this point i gave up on them all together and sent them back!! (Again, great CUSTOMER SERVICE) I ended up buying a different set from in store , pricier but better made!! So Though the price is right and (In theory) they look good they are made out of a HARD plastic made to look like weave and in my opinion it will easily break if something was even dropped on it. They should just sell these in the store or pack them better for those who do like or want them.

Immediately opening chairs the orange clips were flimsy. After using chairs the clips would fall off and the chairs collapsed easily when moved. I had a teenager weighing about 150 sitting on foot end and it buckled and whole leg piece broke off. Would not recommend. I have returned.

These chairs look nice. The seater part of the chair hold up well. But the part you move so you can lay down or sit up and the legs are awful. I don't know who designed these chairs. But the obviously weren't expecting anyone to sit in them. The fact that so many people have said the same thing. And Sam's Club continues to sell these awful chairs to their customers, at this price, shows how much they don't care about their customers. Then try and ship the chairs back when you no longer have the box. Because you weren't expecting them to break within first couple weeks of owning them... Is more of a pain in the butt and I don't live near a Sam's Club. The nearest ones over 2 hours away. I do not recommend these chairs to anybody. Nor would I recommend purchasing them online. And having them ship to you, just makes more of a hassle. When you realize how disappointing they are.

I bought some loungers from another company that looked good but were absolutely horrible. I returned them and paid a few extra dollars for these but they were worth every penny. They look great and have a nice feel, elegant in any setting, love the contours.

Ordered these chairs from Sam's online because they were sold out at my local store, delivered to my front door. They are sturdy and wide for lying out. I put a thin roll out mat with pillow (also purchased at Sam's) on top and they are very comfortable. I love the fact that they are resin and won't mold and mildew like my teak chairs. These can be easily sprayed down with a hose to remove any dust. One review stated legs buckle- not if you put the legs in the correct position before siting down on them. We have had up to 3 adults sit on ours like a bench for eating out on our boat dock. We just love them will be getting 2 more this year!
