I bought 2 of these about a month ago and am so happy I did. They are very comfortable and I never fear that I will fall down when I am getting into them. The price almost caused me to pass them by and they are worth every penny I spent.

Great price and they are look great! I was a little bit scared to order since some reviews mentioned that they came out of the box broken. I am so glad I ordered them.

Started out nice but a year later after being stored inside they have failed, legs have folded up causing them to fall front legs have borke completelyoff. Would not recommend.

Really nice

I purchased these chairs approximately 2 years ago. The tiny nubs that hold the back in place and which facilitate the back from laying flat and being placed in the up position are flimsy junk. At least 3 of my chairs have broken and the backs have completely disconnected. It's nice that the Keter folks respond with an apology and a phone number, but good luck getting through to someone. Modify the design and do a recall. That is the appropriate course of action given this systemic problem.

I bought some loungers from another company that looked good but were absolutely horrible. I returned them and paid a few extra dollars for these but they were worth every penny. They look great and have a nice feel, elegant in any setting, love the contours.

These chairs look nice. The seater part of the chair hold up well. But the part you move so you can lay down or sit up and the legs are awful. I don't know who designed these chairs. But the obviously weren't expecting anyone to sit in them. The fact that so many people have said the same thing. And Sam's Club continues to sell these awful chairs to their customers, at this price, shows how much they don't care about their customers. Then try and ship the chairs back when you no longer have the box. Because you weren't expecting them to break within first couple weeks of owning them... Is more of a pain in the butt and I don't live near a Sam's Club. The nearest ones over 2 hours away. I do not recommend these chairs to anybody. Nor would I recommend purchasing them online. And having them ship to you, just makes more of a hassle. When you realize how disappointing they are.

Immediately opening chairs the orange clips were flimsy. After using chairs the clips would fall off and the chairs collapsed easily when moved. I had a teenager weighing about 150 sitting on foot end and it buckled and whole leg piece broke off. Would not recommend. I have returned.

Box just arrived, I took the chair out, sat on it and it literally broke within seconds. I weigh 153 pounds so this is very unexpected. Turns out the adjustable back is held up by tiny plastic peg smaller than my pinky finger. I'm grateful that it broke now so I can get a full refund on both chairs. Don't waste your money. FYI texting Sams Club for the return was quick and easy.

Had 4 chairs delivered on Feb 6 2015, the packaging boxes looked fine but inside one of the boxes both chairs were broken. One had the plastic base split near the front legs, and the other had 4 of the plastic bolts broken so the chair was completely unstable. I'm not buying the same product again so we'll lose $50 in shipping cost as we purchased 4 chairs (we haven't even bothered opening the other package as we have no confidence in the quality of the product)
