HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DON"T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM the Customer Service NO SERVICE..... The remote control's cover to hold batteries is broken. I first sent and Email, then called several times, but was told that they WOULD NOT HELP. I have NEVER had a so-called "Customer Service" experience that was so HORRIBLE! It felt as if I was being interrogated by the Police.... This has been a terrible experience for me concerning this remote control. I was accused by the Customer Support of breaking it myself. WHY would I spend close to $600.00 on your television and break the remote? It is absurd and ridiculous.

Not bad, really big.

I saw it tucked away in the store; last one. I looked it up and was blown away by rtings. But after getting it I was crushed cos the reviews were for the "75Q750G". Couldn't find any reviews for this TV. After setting the picture up, it's a pretty nice TV.

Super slow tv

Average picture, google tv is the worst. I have owned Roku TCL tvs and Roku is far superior. Google tv slows this tv down drastically. Just changing channels from antennae is a 5 second delay after you hit button. Google tv changes you picture quality so bad you need to reset to factory and do not install google tv. It also changes sound quality, again reset to factory tv and do not install google tv to get decent sound with soundbar. When changing antennae TV channels reset tv and do not install google tv and it changes faster. I had to go buy Roku box to get faster response. TCL turned a liw cost smart tv into a slow dumb tv by adding google tv instead of Roku like TCLs other tvs. TCL & google does not allow the Roku to start up so there is a long delay before tv starts then switch to Roku. When using antennae have to go back to tcl tv. Do not purchase this TCL TV, you will regret it

Beat Expectations

The picture quality of this is hitting way above expectations. I do miss the Roku interface a bit but the Google interface is usable. Feels more like using a computer than a TV, for that reason I am struggling giving it a 5, if you already have YouTube TV it makes a lot more sense and the whole thing is seemless. Not sure how it would work with other TV streaming services

For $549 you can't go wrong. If you just want a tv for watching shows, movies it's great. Picture quality is excellent, and with a 3 year member warranty. Happy with my purchase

Could ask for more

This TV has an awesome picture with quality way above the price. Voice control, great picture and games that look real to life. I wish I had bought this before another brand for my living room. Don't make the mistake I made by not really looking at TCL for a quality television.
