Good TV. Bad remote control.
Really good picture and good sound on TCL 75" QLED TV. However, no one in our house likes the remote control. especially me. The buttons are small, too close together, and not placed well for me. Also, I have hearing problems and need to be able to turn on/off the closed captions. There is no way to do this without going into the settings and making changes.

Would Have Given a 3.5!
Was excited to get this tv for my husband who has been wanting a 75 inch tv. I saw this tv on a special sale at Sam's Club. Have another TCL tv in our household and that tv has very good picture quality. I am somewhat disappointed in the picture quality of this new tv. Was hopeful that it would be better. The tv sound is good. It is much better than our Vizio tv. If there were half numbers I would have given a 3.5 rating. If the picture quality was better would have given the tv a 5.

Delivery gone wrong
Took 3 weeks to deliver after purchasing. I was told 1 week but was told the tv was out of stock one the day of delivery. The second attempt to deliver was cancelled by freight company because it didn't meet their schedule. I tried multiple times to call for updates on delivery but never got through to anyone that could help. Terrible experience all around. gave 2 stars because the TV actually works good as of this review.

TOTALLY WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH - WATCH OUT!
When this unit was first shown in the early thanksgiving flyer I went to the Sams Club Website and looked at the specs for the display. It was clearly stated to have a refresh rate of 120hz. On the night it became available to order I checked again to be sure of all of the stats on the unit and again it clearly listed the unit as being a 120hz refresh rate. The unit arrived and everything looked good till the specs showed it was a 60hz refresh rate. I looked again at the website but now it had changed appearance in the way it was shown and listed it as a 60hz unit. I called the Sams Club Member Helpline and got no answers as they claimed no knowledge of any changes. I called TCL prior to ordering from Sams to check on the model number and specs as there was no reviews anywhere or info on this model number. TCL stated it was labled for Sams Club and was indeed supposed to be 120hz refresh rate. I called Sams Club again but was unable to get anyone who could speak about the issue. Clearly a bait and switch which is highly illegal these days. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the FCC in the coming days since Sams Club doesn't want to talk about it or offer any resolution to the issue. I have been a business member from the day they opened in Myrtle Beach and never had any issues, this is a huge issue to be the first one! I hope someone with the authority to correct the problem and resolve the issue will see this and contact me directly.

Defective out the box
Defective out the box and never worked. The return was difficult. I used the chat feature n Sam's.com but she was not able to help me and said a manager would call me. I never got a phone call from the manager. When I tried to return it online, it said the item was not returnable. I finally found the number for Sams Customer Service and they were able to get it resolved. I guess I can't really rate the product since I never got to use it because it was defective upon opening. I will say that I'm happy that the delivery company unboxed it and plugged it in before leaving so at least I knew it was damaged before I paid to have it mounted.

NOT A HAPPY TV CAMPER
While I have finally received my TV, your freight forwarder was less than helpful. When I placed my online order, YOUR Promised Delivery was 12/07/2023. When I looked at the tracking information provided it told me a different story. It told me that my delivery was going to be sometime on 12/12/2023. Due to the fact that I had already disconnected my old TV and it's associated. wiring on the 7th I now had to TV to view. I called Sam's Club and finally located someone who tried to help. The person finally told me that he would have the carrier call me. No matter what I said the carrier would not change the delivery to the 8th or any day before the 12th. I finally got them to change it to the 11th. As it turned out the delivery was by a semi-truck and trailor. Not something I regularly see in a residential neighborhood?? My complaint is that Sam's Club told me I would receive my TV on December 7th in the first place. Not the December 11th when it finally arrived. I don't think it is entirely Sam's fault I clearly think there is a disconnect between the freight forwarder and Sam's. Sam's is not telling the forwarder WHEN the delivery needs to happen. As the forwarders customer Sam's needs to inform the forwarder that other than the delivery date you tell them that any other dates are not acceptable, or you can find another deliver service. I know there are many forwarding companies that would bend over backward to get Sam's as a customer..
