After getting the TV delivered, we set up everything only to plug it in and have a black screen. TCL support wasn't much help and required a video before doing anything. Sent video that was evidently fuzzy. They wanted an entire documentary of this TV. If you google TCL black screen, the auto filled Google searches would indicate NOT to but this TV. Wasn't worth the hoop jumping. Returned.

Very Pleased, it's a keeper
I was on a mission to replace a 2018 65" ULED TV, which has great specifications. Hence, the bar was high. Originally, the idea was to replace it with the same size TV. So, I went to the local Sam's Club, and found a great "manager", who let me take a couple of TV's for a test ride (got the remote(s). From there, TCL became my first pick. Then, I saw the 75", same specs and 10" bigger. Once home, I set it up for a week to make sure it was here to stay. Pros: Picture quality - QLED User interface: easy to make quick adjustments to audio, picture (brightness and color saturation), etc Value Earc HDMI for sound bar Decent sound, several audio presets to choose from Minimal / very seldom see motion blur, sports, X-box, action scenes, etc. Direct TV app 3 -year warranty Cons/Nice to have: Backlit remote Google - Busy home screen, no way to customize, delete what's on the home screen It is now mounted on a full motion wall mount, hooked to 5.1 soundbar, sounds and looks great. My wife, who thought I was a little nuts for wanting a TV this size, likes it better than our old one. It's a keeper!

Terrible OS
I bought this TV about 2 week ago. I found the google TV OS to be very slow and glitchy. The TV will freeze sound will stop working and will not respond to the remote. TV then has to be unplugged and then plugged back in. I will work fine for a few days and then this needs to be done again. The Google OS itself is Garbage these TVs were better as Roku TVs.
