I just had to plug it into a power outlet and it started and working immediately . It emits a blue UV light that brings FLYING INSECT and they are glued to an adhesive sheet that is inside the device. I love it

This little light attracts them at night and then they stick to the sticky paper on the back. I appreciate that it's not some gross paper hanging from the ceiling and easy to dispose of the sticky paper once it's ready. Cool idea.

We have a lot of plants in our house and a toddler who like to leave the back door open. We always have flys or little nats. These insect traps have been a game changer in our house. Easy to install and I like seeing the progress and knowing that they are actually working. I also just learned they have smaller compact ones too. I'll definitely be looking into that!

The instructions were very clear. I stayed on the box. You simply just plugged the machine in and it goes. There's no noise with this. It's very quiet if it does have a noise I'm excited to see how it works.

There's a swivel feature that helps depending on if your outlet is sideways or straight up so we can fit any outlet, which is great. The materials are light. It fits into my home decor it doesn't stand out. I have it placed near my plants where I've had a fungus gnat problem . It's picked up a lot of them over the course of a week. I do see myself purchasing more because of how easy it is to use. It also works as a great nightlight as well.
