The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.

I told the sales person that I wanted a MEDIUM FIRM but the bed that arrived was MEDIUM ... turns out to be SOFTER than I wanted. Very nice bed but not what I waned. If there are no beds called MEDIUM FIRM then the salesman should have told me and I would have asked for a FIRM!!

Did not get restful sleep until I GOT MY NEW MATTRESS and have been sleeping soundly ever since. My new one is better than my old one. Coupled with the adjustable base and I don't snore as bad, no sore throat when i wake up. If you want a good nights sleep this is it. I don't even get up to go to the bathroom 3 times a night anymore. I suspect discomfort was waking me, vacating my bladder allowed my joints to get back in alignment so I could go back to sleep every night. Now if I wake up I really do have to go. I had a Terpur mattress I bought in Hong Kong...it is the original product and not the USA licensed product. It started to delaminate after 5 years and since ai moved back to Hawaii, I could not make any adjustments with the original Tempur company. So far, this USA mattress gives me the comfort that I wanted and has decreased my back aches. I have a concern, though...will this mattress start to delaminate because I also have a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed frame and I like to raise the head and leg when I watch TV in bed. Other than that concern, I am happy with my purchase.

We are in love with our new Pro Adapt Hybrid Medium split king. This is my second Tempur-Pedic, our first was an original when they first came out... it was almost 25 years old! There is no comparison in comfort and durability! Well worth your money.

My husband and I were miserable with the various beds we tried. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bed. But we finally realized we weren't getting enough restful sleep and it was effecting us mentally and physically. Would definitely recommend spending the money. Your back, hips, knees, shoulders, etc. will thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for a quality mattress that will last for many years to come, this is the one for you. This mattress looks expensive. It has quality craftsmanship that shows. The top is memory foam and takes the shape of your body when you lie down on it. There is zero movement of the mattress for those who roll around during the night. The only downside could be that this is a REALLY firm mattress. Even though we prefer a firm mattress, we found that a mattress topper was needed.

We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

Our Tempur-ProAdapt -firm, king bed is the best bed ever. We purchased the Ergo Base (2) to make it a king. The vibration and ability to lift both head and feet is wonderful. The gentle vibration feels fabulous. We are getting the best night's sleep and wake rested and feeling great!

I had my previous tempurpedic for 17 years and it was time to get a new one. I was really undecided between the medium and the firm. In the store the medium felt too soft and the firm felt too firm. I have alot of spinal back and neck issues so I decided to go with the firm. I figured I could always put a mattress topper on it if necessary. I'm so glad I went with the firm. No topper needed. It took about a week to get used to the firmness but now I feel like I like the support of the firmness and the conforming nature of the top layers. After sleeping on the firm now for about a month, I feel confident that the medium would definitely have been too soft for my back. For reference purposes I weigh about 230 lbs. I feel the upper layers contouring within the first few minutes after getting on the mattress. Although it's a pricey mattress compared to others, I feel it's worth it and I'm glad I went with the tempurpedic again. Definitely also glad I went with the firm.
