[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my bed for a year now and I wouldn't change a thing about it. My quality of sleep has improved tremendously. I credit this to the lack of transfer of motion and the temperature control of this mattress. I never feel my husband getting in our out of the bed and neither of us sleep hot anymore. Best investment we've made for ourselves!

THE COOLNESS ITS WAHAT SOLD ME ON THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. MAYBE THE NEXT GENERATION THE WILL MAKE THEM TO LAST LONGER. I KNOW MY SISTERS AND FRIEND WAS ABOUT TO BUY ONE FOR XMAS BECASUE THE TRIED MINE AND LIKED IT BECAUSE OF THE COOLNESS, NOW THEY AREN'T BECAUSE MINE ISN'T COOL. I have this mattress with the Tempur-Pedic Ergo and a Cool-Tech Mattress Cover on it and I have never felt better then I have ever felt, from just sleeping. There are times when I find myself not wanting to get out of bed. This bed has totally changed my body, and, my life. I now feel like I am sleeping on Cloud 9 every night.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

My only regret is why I put off buying a Tempur-Pedic. Maybe because I could not find my comfort, but the new Pro Adapt firm is incredibly comfortable. Best sleep ever on the the first night with no back pain after a restful sleep. Also purchased the adjustable bases with our split King. The adjust-ability is fantastic that allows us to find our own comfortable setting. Highly recommended even though it's expensive but it's worth the money invested in it.

I was a big advocate of Tempur Pedic until now. I bought an advantage firm mattress 9 years ago. I loved it until it began to severely sag over the past year. They have a 10 year full replacement warranty. Warranty department said they will cover it but want to replace it with a medium support and if I want a firm support they will charge me $1700.00 for an upgrade. I don't want an upgrade I want firm replaced with firm. That is all I want. The difference between the mattress they approved(adapt medium) and the pro adapt firm is $800.00 retail. I offered to pay that but they refuse. They want $1700.00. This is not a warranty at all. The mattress they approved is not the most like my mattress because it is not firm. When I explain that to customer service they are very rude. So very disappointing.

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely hesitant to spend close to $4k on a bed, but having slept on a friend's tempurpedic for 3 nights with significantly less back pain, I knew it was worth it. After 9 mos of a herniated L5-S1, I am finally sleeping soundly.

This is our second Tempur-pedic in the last 20 years. Both have been great. If you want a great night's sleep and alot fewer aches and pains this is the only way to go. In fact our old Tempur pedic and bases had alot of life left in them and our daughter and her husband loved it. So now they have it and couldn't be happier.

Disappointed in your purchase? Listen up. I have a solution. I accidentally discovered if you take off the zip-ff top cover layer and sleep on the light blue mesh layer with your regular sheets/bedding the mattress will be everything that you wished it was. Cool and comfortable!! I'm not kidding. Unzip it now and try it yourself!! There is no protective layer so be cautious.
