Does not relieve pressure points or give you a good sleep experience. I started complaining to Living Spaces where we bought it after a couple of months and was told it takes awhile to adapt and give it 3 months, then 6 months then sorry you'll have to take it up with Temperpedic Warranty Department. They told me how sorry to hear of my bad experience and to take a bunch of pictures and send in but if mattress didn't have 3/4 inch depression they would not replace it. Wear is uneven not that severe of depression but uneven wear all over mattress which leads me to believe support is not good. When we bought mattress I was lead to believe body heat made foam conform to body and then spring back. This is after less than 2 years and me being 165 pounds and my husband 195 pounds! We went and bought a Temperpedic pillow topper hoping that might help and it just shows big depression on both sides where we sleep. We took it off to get pictures of mattress and found the foam on the topper is cracked in several spots. No wonder we're not getting good support. I wonder if the inside of mattress shows the same deterioration! I wake up after a couple of hours with hip hurting and my shoulder had become extremely painful. I went to Orthopedic doctor and X-ray shows tendinitis in rotator cuff likely causing pain. Not doing any sports, lifting or consistent motion to cause this. My back pain is worse also. I wouldn't call that a real great nights sleep!!! .

I first purchased a king Cloud Bed in box mattress and literally couldn't sleep for 2 months. I had extreme hip, back and neck pain on my right side and was waking up at 3am every night. I finally upgraded to the Pro Adapt Soft and since then, I've had the best sleep of my life! I know the high end mattresses are expensive but if you're in the market for a foam bed, find the room to upgrade. Pro Adapt is a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to an illness I needed a softer mattress and an adjustable bed frame. I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past and always liked the support it gave me. I do love the Pro-Adapt Soft mattress. It was the first time I was able to sink into my bed and feel comfortable since becoming ill. The only thing I don't like about this mattress is that it becomes hot where you lay. I am constantly moving all over the mattress to find a cooler spot all night. If the heat from the mattress wasn't an issue then I would have given a five star rating. More work needs to be done to refine the body heat this mattress holds in.

Great mattress sleep much better at night!! Only issue is the sheets do not stay on. I thought it was the$170 mattress protector that was slipping the sheets off. But it wasn't. They continue to fall off every night. I have the extra deep pocketed sheets too....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro-adapt series mattress with an adjustable base is an exceptional sleeping experience. The use of the zero-gravity option, while sleeping, is the most transcendent experience I have ever experienced.

Historically I have purchased relatively expensive traditional mattresses with varying success at comfort. For my last mattress, I moved to a well reviewed traditional name brand, memory foam mattress and had a great experience (I thought) for about the first 3 years; ultimately over the course of the last 2 years developing soft spots and a general feeling of sinking into the mattress worse than I had with traditional mattresses. I don't know how the pro-adapt hybrid mattress will fair over time, but I can tell you it is better on one day one than my all my previous mattresses have been, being incredibly forgiving on body curves while still being supportive. I am 6'1", average around 220 lbs, am a side sleeper, and have had two L5/S1 procedures. Where historically I'd turn over due to pressure points in my shoulder, hips or back (traditional mattress) or felt like I was trying to turn over in wet sand (all memory foam), the pro-adapt med hybrid is perfect for my weight and sleeping style. I acknowledge there is generally a price premium to Tempur-Pedic, and I will have to evaluate performance over the long term, but I definitely feel that this mattress type (hybrid) is executed well, suited to my weight and sleeping style, and that I'm getting a better, much less interrupted night's sleep than I have in perhaps a decade (I turn MUCH less). Recommend the brand, but also recommend taking the time to try out and find the correct version for you.

We are in love with our new Pro Adapt Hybrid Medium split king. This is my second Tempur-Pedic, our first was an original when they first came out... it was almost 25 years old! There is no comparison in comfort and durability! Well worth your money.

I just got my queen sized ProAdapt Medium Hybrid about 3 weeks ago. You can tell that it is different from other mattresses the first time that you sit/lay on it. It contours to your body and does ehlp pressure points such as knees, hips, and shoulders. It is still a bit on the firm side but that is to be expected as outlined in other reviews and from the store that I bought it from. I am using a comforter as a mattress topper and it creates a softer surface to sleep onI I am going to give it 90 days of use before writing a complete review. I got a BOGO on Tempurpedic pillows when I bought the bed so I am probably going to spring for a couple of pillows. If the pillows are anything like the bed, I am sure that they will be very comfortable

This mattress is grossly overpriced. I have been sleeping on it for almost a year and I wake up with more back pain than my previous mattress that cost a fraction. I don't think it contours to my body at all. It does not provide any cooling effects. I would never recommend this product nor will I buy it again. My couch is more comfortable than this mattress.

Like sleeping on "HOT CONCRETE".My entire body is in pain this morning. HOT too. "OMG" and I purchased the soft one. Soft means soft to me. Soft must mean "CONCRETE" to tempurpedic. Cool means cool to me. Cool obviously means "FIRE HOT" to tempurpedic. STUCK WITH THIS EXTREMELY OVER PRICED SLAB OF "HOT CONCRETE " !!!!!!!!!! I would not give it one star but that option isn't provided. This purchase has sickened me!!!!
