[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Tempurpedic purchase. Our old mattress lasted 10 years and still has life to it. We bought the ProAdapt Hybrid medium with the adjustable base. Works silently and efficiently to cater to both our needs. Mattress is firm and supportive - bringing a high level of comfort and a good night's sleep.

I have been sleeping in the zero gravity position, it is amazing, I wake up and nothing hurts! I honestly didn't think I would fall asleep in that position but I do, my back used to be in pain with our old mattress, no more with this one, so thanks ☺️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very comfortable, and I like the ability to adjust the head and the legs. It also allows one person to adjust for themselves without having the other person having to enjoy the same adjustments.

We just got our mattress delivered today and cannot wait to use it for the first time! I know we need to give it about 30 days to fully adjust and be comfortable, but so far it looks and operates well! We haven't been sleeping well at all for days now and I know it will be a wonderful experience!

I had an original firm mattress and was worried the new tempur wouldn't live up to old one. I got the firm one and it seems comparable to my original in firmness (or very very close). Thank goodness cause I love this mattress. Not used to the chill coating but put thick mattress cover to to try and prevent cool. Still some cool but I'm ok. I love my mattress.

Very happy with the way the mattress sleeps. Only complaint is its so comfortable and with no cording on the edge I sometimes wake up feeling like I'm sliding out of the bed. But, still love it and it's a huge improvement for my husband who suffers with a bad back.

We bought a queen size mattress because that's what fit into our existing furniture. The edge support is poor so you can't sleep close to the edge. That makes a queen size feel smaller than it actually is. The mattress is also warm. We were supposed to get a cooling mattress pad and pillows but they've been on backorder for 3 weeks.

We bought this bed 2 1/2 years ago, on recommendation from a family member.... salesman at Slummerland pushed this mattress...now I know why... depressions with mid bed "ridge" VERY uncomfortable on back and joints!!!! The 10 year warranty was denied... "depressions not deep enough".... NOW WORKING TO TELL EVERYONE NOT TO BUY TEMPUR PEDIC!!!!!!!!

I purchased a twin pro adapt firm mattress from mattress firm and they claimed it was sold to a customer that returned it within a week. After having the mattress for a short while, I realized there was a very soft area compared to all other areas on the mattress. Mattress firm did not resolve the problem as they have pathetic"customer service". I called tempur pedic and spoke with Glenda who works in the escalation department. She looked at pictures and agreed that there is no way that a mattress I purchased in Sept 2023 had a manufactured date in 2021. Glenda also stated to me that she can see why I had this huge problem because she looked at all the pictures I emailed. Tempur pedic also turned their back on me so I'm stuck with an expensive mattress with an area that doesn't support my back and would never recommend this product to anyone!

My husband and I went to the mattress store and spent a long time testing out each mattress. The one we chose was not Tempur-pedic. We both have physical disabilities and each night we would toss and turn. In the morning, I would wake up with shoulder, leg and hip pain. The salesman did tell us that Tempur-pedic was the best mattress for that, but we did not listen. After a month of not sleeping through an entire night, we went back to the store an exchanged the mattress for a Tempur-pedic. We finally were able to sleep comfortably and through the night and wake uo without being in pain.
