I defiantly know this because we were given a tempurpedic. firm mattress by accident and it was a terrible fit for us. When we got our hybrid it was amazing to sleep on. Also love the fact I can't feel when my 2 large dogs jump into bed or feel my husband toss n turn! Definitely a smart purchase.

I have a herniated disc in my back and my old mattress of 22 years left me feeling like it was hit by a Mack truck when I woke up in the mornings, if I slept at all. I bought and adjustable bed base also and it was the best decision I made in years. From day one my back stopped hurting when I slept and I could feel the pressure being relieved from my spine. Sometimes when I get home from work I lay down for and hour just so my back will fill better, I never did this before I bought this mattress. I have this mattress with the Tempur-Pedic Ergo and a Cool-Tech Mattress Cover on it and I have never felt better then I have ever felt, from just sleeping. There are times when I find myself not wanting to get out of bed. This bed has totally changed my body, and, my life. I now feel like I am sleeping on Cloud 9 every night.

Purchased the split cal king and works well as my husband adjusts his side very often whereas I don't. Easier than I thought to change the sheets. Going from a queen bed to cal king also made the difference. Customer service and sales person very helpful and kind.

Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

I've had this new proadapt firm mattress for 3 weeks now. The first thing I noticed is that I fall asleep so fast. When I wake up, my back feels wonderful. I've been suffering with extreme back pain for years and this mattress has been great with helping reduce it. AAA+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a side sleeper I've always had hip pain in the morning but since getting a tempur-pedic it's completely disappeared. I was worried about not having enough support and about it sleeping hot. But I think having the spring coils in the hybrid not only give extra support but also helps keep the mattress cooler. I would say definitely try them out in store before ordering because your weight and sleep position will determine what level of firmness you'll need. Shipping was insanely fast, it was delivered and setup in under a week. All in all for me it was completely worth the price tag.

We owned a Tempurpedic mattress several years ago and loved it. Then we purchased a different brand we have used for years. Recently we bought a new Tempurpedic after testing several at a local furniture store. This mattress is nowhere near as soft as the one we had years ago, and my wife has back issues and cannot sleep on it without pain. We were hoping a couple months use would "break it in" but it has not changed... and the store says cold weather will not help its firmness. We are looking for another mattress to return this one for.

I suffer from back pain, sleep apnea, and I am a side sleeper. This mattress has definitely made a difference in a getting a great nights sleep! I highly recommend. I love that I don't wake up hot in the middle of the night. My husband and I initially tried a different brand mattress and only had it for a month before returning it.
