Both my husband and I are getting a better nights sleep and have noticed our backs don't hurt anymore when we get up in the morning. We are also sleeping cooler, no more sweating when we wake up. A little pricey, the most we have ever spent on a bed, but I think we made a good purchase.

This is my fourth Tempurpedic since 2006. The first one I gave to a friends, and the next two are in my guest rooms. I just got the proAdapt firm and it is my favorite yet. Every Tempurpedic mattress I have ever owned has been absolute quality and enjoyment. The firm is my favorite because I go to bed with body aches and pains and wake up pain free.

We went into the store to buy a box spring for our son and walked out with box, mattress for him and new mattress for us. After having left lower back pain for years, after sleeping on our new mattress for about 6 weeks now my back pain has about 85% resolved. It was recommended to turn mattress frequently at first, once a month, so that it would get evenly adjusted with the weight differences. Our new mattress has been a lifesaver and I wish I had replaced my old one much sooner. We are loving it.

The mattress is very comfortable, occasionally warm, but not bad at all regarding temperature. We were using it with a mattress pad, but decided to not use the pad and just clean the cover every so often; good decision. Also, the cool contour pillows are excellent. A good investment overall.

If you had to jump from a burning building onto this mattress you would die... it's hard as a rock, does not contour and hot! The mattress in the store is wildly different than this one. No side sleeper should ever try this. The fact my sales rep recommended it as ok is criminal. I haven't slept in weeks. It's 4am and I just moved to the couch. Don't buy this mattress it is not what is advertised in store!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are on night 4 with this bed and are loving it. We exchanged a purple 4 for this and it's flap much better. My wife and I both toss and turn significantly less because the memory foam just cradles. My low back, and hip pain from the purple mattress has disappeared, and my shoulders also don't hurt. Very pleased so far!

delivery was not acceptable... had to reset and i gave them a cash bonus without knowing they did not do it correctly nor assist with placing wires under bed into brackets. I still have not completed this task yet. they did not place wiring under bed and wires are dragging on floor not as comfortable as expected or not any real improvement in the mattress I had before. I did have a tempur pedic mattress pad on top of my mattress I used prior. I just do not see or feel the difference for pricing.

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! We tried every mattress in the store and could not find something we liked until on our way out we laid down on the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. It was like no other mattress in the store! It was extremely comfortable, minimal to no motion transfer, and the best support. After going to about 5 different mattress stores and laying down on over 75 beds we returned to purchase the Tempur-ProAdapt Soft. We have had this mattress for a month now and I have had the best sleep ever. My back feels amazing when I wake up in the morning, I can't feel my partner move around in the middle of the night, and I never want to leave my bed. If anyone has trouble deciding if they want this mattress based on the price, it will be worth every penny! I will forever be sleeping on a Tempur-Pedic mattress! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. My husband and I were involved in a major car accident that left both of us with severe injuries, including a broken neck for me. After spending 3 months in a cervical collar and not being able to lie flat, I suffered from many issues that made sleeping comfortably next to impossible. Once I was able to lie flat, I also suffered from positional vertigo. All of my pressure points hurt and I woke up day after day feeling as if I hadn't slept a wink. We finally decided it was time for a new mattress. We went to the mattress store with a Tempurpedic in mind but decided to lie on the machine to see which mattresses were compatible for us based on our body type and sleep positions. Thankfully the mattress we had in mind was on both of our lists of compatible mattresses. When we tested the Tempurpedic, it felt amazing! We decided to get the split adjustable bases. It makes reading in bed at night so comfortable. We now both sleep incredibly. An added bonus is the elevated mattress has almost completely eliminated my husband's snoring making it easier for me to fall asleep at night! I highly recommend this mattress. It has been well worth the investment.
