Also has identification mode which distinguishes the difference between cars , animals and people . This option make it extremely more convenient when deciding if you need to view the camera immediately or not.

But video quality is good and clear. Also has the audio included into the camera option. Does have also a little delayed response to sensing movement not sure if it’s a wifi problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it! I had a ring in the past and maybe it's been updated since I last had it. But this software interface is so much more friendly and easy to use. I love the notifications that it can tell the difference between a vehicle, a person and animal. I am using it in battery mode so I'm still curious how long that's going to last. So far we're about a week in and it's still full battery. Unit is a little bigger and halfier than I expected but I'm sure that's for the battery pack which that's a welcome trade-off for me. The only thing I'm curious about is when the free 30-day trial ends for the software monitoring. How much functionality you still get without having to pay the monthly fee?

It has live 2k video. It also works with Alexa. That is a pretty cool feature. It has many feature. I really think this is a good doorbell and a pretty decent price point. I would recommend this to family and friends.

I really am thrilled that this doorbell came in such fast shipping and easy installation. I also love the fact that I can watch real time what is going on right outside my door! It’s so convenient and it gives me piece of mind knowing that I can always see what’s going on outside my door whether I’m at home or not. The doorbell also sends notifications to my phone if it senses any kind of movement whatsoever. It also has a two way speaker so guests can speak to you (without having to open the door) and you can speak back to them without having to open the door to talk face to face. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say first the picture quality is actually nice on this door bell camera. I attached screenshots of the camera during the day. Which you can see everything clearly and one screenshot taken at night. The night vision mode is so nice and you can still see clearly. It is not grainy like you see on some cameras. This is also very easy to install. My husband took may 10 min because we needed to find our drill. Lol The mount is nice and best part this is Wire free. Camera comes with charger so you do not have to find a cord to use. You just pop off camera with this little tool that comes with camera and plug it in to charge it. I like that we can also talk to whomever comes to our door. This actually helped us when some one tried to take our package. Definitely detoured them and made me feel safer having this. Now here is why I only rate this 4 stars. I wish the connection was not delayed by a few seconds. Also you can only have one main account that you set up to use this. Then the main account has to share with the other person. But doing so makes the second person or whomever you share this account to have delayed response. So say some one is at your door it takes maybe 5 -10 seconds before the second person sees who is at the door. Once it ok 2 min before I was alerted some one was at my door. I think it may also be the wireless connection so thinking about purchasing an extender for wifi.(oh this uses wifi forget to mention that) luckily I am home most of the time so I that is not a big deal. Plus my husband gets alert asap so he is able to respond if I cannot. So far we do like this and noticed when fully charged this can last several days. We have neighbors who go in and out a lot so this doorbell does go off often. Overall we like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a 100 year old home. Therefore a wireless doorbell is essential. Having the extra security makes it even better. The Arlo is great as the one device can be hard wired or used wirelessly. Previous to receiving this from Arlo I was using the competitors, R***. The Arlo video doorbell is so much better on so many levels. I must first advise that I live on a Main Street with heavy traffic. I am currently able to get a little over a week for each charge. With the competitor’s doorbell I had to charge every four days. With the competitor doorbell, I would miss so many notifications. The doorbell would never advise when anyone was at the door including the post man who would come every day Monday through Saturday. With the Arlo I never miss a single person even walking on the sidewalk just passing in front of my house. I really like that the Arlo calls your phone when someone uses the doorbell so you can see who is there even if you are away. This is not a feature of my previous doorbell. I also think that the video footage is far better with the Arlo. I love how sleek the doorbell looks. Finally, It is much easier to retrieve the device for charging than my previous door bell. The reason this has a four stars and not a five is that you must purchase a chime as I did with my previous doorbell to hear the doorbell ring in your home. I also feel that the notification has a longer delay than my previous doorbell. I find the set up a little more difficult when using the mobile app configuration. I still have not figured out how to get my son access to our new doorbell. With that said, our new Arlo is staying. I am also in the process of changing over all other doorbells and cameras to Arlo as I find it to be a better device. I highly recommend.
