[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out the box, the instructions were pretty straight forward. You’re given the option to either have it hardwired or wirelessly. I chose to install mine’s wirelessly only because I didn’t have an existing video doorbell and didn’t wanna go through the hassle of finding a reliable electrician. Installation was very easy ( took no more than 5-10 mins ). This doorbell listens and picks up on everything that moves, in amazing quality. All in all, if you're in the market for a slim, smart doorbell with sleek design, this is a good option !!

I liked receiving a call on my phone when someone rang the doorbell too! Great feature. Only thing I didn’t like was the little silver thing to open up the doorbell. I feel like it would be easy to get lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing the competition for this one. The other brand I had would lose battery in 2 days and it would take at least 8 hours to charge completely. This one comes with the option to connect it to the power source, even though I would get an electrician to do it, but it gives you peace of mind that your front camera will be on and armed 24/7 without the inconvenience of unplugging it to charge it. It was super easy to set up and took me like 2 minutes to connect it to my Alexa. Super easy to use the app as well. Only thing is there is like an echo when you answer the bell. Other than that love the zoom in the camera. I don't think I'll use the smart siren, but it's a great idea for retired people, or senior citizens that can't get up fast enough or can't run to get help.

Still working out all of the settings. I wish i could turn off varuous notifications without turning them all off. I dont need to know every time a car drives by or someone walks on the sidewalk. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a video doorbell for so long but yet hadn’t ordered one so the chance to try out the Arlo video doorbell came at a great time! My husband hardwire installed it without any problems. He said it was a piece of cake. The picture is clear, crisp, and I love that I can let people know that “I’ll be there in a sec” to let them in! Overall a great and easy to install project that I can’t imagine living without now that I have it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was so easy to install and use. Came charged with the option to recharge or hard wire into your previous doorbell wiring. So you could use this as a renter. Uses wifi, app is user friendly and easy to install. The picture was clear and audio was great 2 way audio. Camera was able to pick up motion about 15 ft away. Other available features are police & for notification or the ability to block areas of your camera from sensing, like traffic. Would definately recommend for anyone wanting the ability to communicate at and monitor your front door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say first the picture quality is actually nice on this door bell camera. I attached screenshots of the camera during the day. Which you can see everything clearly and one screenshot taken at night. The night vision mode is so nice and you can still see clearly. It is not grainy like you see on some cameras. This is also very easy to install. My husband took may 10 min because we needed to find our drill. Lol The mount is nice and best part this is Wire free. Camera comes with charger so you do not have to find a cord to use. You just pop off camera with this little tool that comes with camera and plug it in to charge it. I like that we can also talk to whomever comes to our door. This actually helped us when some one tried to take our package. Definitely detoured them and made me feel safer having this. Now here is why I only rate this 4 stars. I wish the connection was not delayed by a few seconds. Also you can only have one main account that you set up to use this. Then the main account has to share with the other person. But doing so makes the second person or whomever you share this account to have delayed response. So say some one is at your door it takes maybe 5 -10 seconds before the second person sees who is at the door. Once it ok 2 min before I was alerted some one was at my door. I think it may also be the wireless connection so thinking about purchasing an extender for wifi.(oh this uses wifi forget to mention that) luckily I am home most of the time so I that is not a big deal. Plus my husband gets alert asap so he is able to respond if I cannot. So far we do like this and noticed when fully charged this can last several days. We have neighbors who go in and out a lot so this doorbell does go off often. Overall we like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Arlo video doorbell for about a month now and I love it! I haven’t had any issues with it whatsoever. Installation was just a little bit tricky but even as first time doorbell installers (lol) it didn’t go too bad! The instructions could be a bit better, but we figure it out. It’s sleek and modern looking. The video quality is good, not amazing, but good and the night video is also adequate. I like that I can view everything I need from my phone and can even select my doorbell sound. It take about 15-30 second videos or longer depending on how long someone stays at your door and I like that it records even if the doorbell hasn’t been rung. All in all it’s a solid device!
