Success thanks to PAM

She was extremely patient & understanding; and had to continually repeat for me to get to through the final process of having my new tv connected

Clear picture quality, sound is impressive, smart tv is easy to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TCL 43 inch 4k UHD Smart TV is by far the best Tv I have used. The picture quality is extremely clear and makes watching my favorite shows extremely enjoyable. The speakers in the Tv are also impressive, it sounds just as good as my soundbar. With it being a google tv it made it super easy to connect all of my apps. This TV is by far the best I’ve ever owned!!

Remote Pairing Issue

Overall, it's a great gaming TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the setup is super easy. The picture quality is fantastic for gaming as well as streaming all my favorite shows. Sound quality is almost perfect. it just needs a little tweaking in the sound menu and remote simple and easy to use.

Changed my mind on “simple” TVs!

The picture is beautiful and clear, the sounds is perfect, and the apps are so easy to connect to and use through the remote. It a perfect kid TV and they love it!

Don't bother.

If you like a washed out picture and tinny sound, you'll love this TV. In all fairness, if you look at the screen square on, the picture is acceptable. But looking at the screen from an angle, it looks washed out. As far as the sound goes, no amount of adjustment makes it sound good. It's almost unbearable at times. I figured with the positive reviews and 3 year warranty, how bad could it be? I was mistaken. This is going back for a refund.

Great addition to our space!

Sharp picture, easy to operate, and the remote is compatible with all the other TCL TVs in the house (which is great when you can’t find one!) the Roku operating system is smooth and simple. Sounds great - and easy to cast to!

Don't buy TCL spend extra $$ for a real name brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this TV it is a waste of money if you're going to buy 85-in TV by a American name brand TV TCL has bad customer service that support systems suck and they do not value customers I buy my TV February 2nd 2025 March 11th 2025 my TV stopped working I want my money back I don't trust this TV company and hell no I don't want them to fix the TV because at the end of the day it's going to mess up again I got to have you all fix it again no I've never out of all the years of my life bought a TV that went out in 30 days I had a 82 inch Mitsubishi back in 2007 and that TV lasted for almost 10 years no problem I will be calling the business better bill and I am a member of the consumers association so I will be giving them a call as well because consumers should not have to deal with this you guys are ripping us out of our money and selling us bad products TCL will be investigated
