But once I adjusted to this mattress, it has been smooth sailing ever since. No more tossing and turning, no more waking up in the middle of the night! I wake up rested and refreshed, and no aching back. The mattress conforms to my body and supports every inch. After five long years of sleeping on a miserable Serta Willowbrook that broke down just after the grace period expired, I'm finally getting the good nights sleep I needed. At first the mattress was very hard. After a few short weeks. I now get the best sleep I have ever gotten in my entire life. I have purchased mattresses more expensive than this but have never been more satisfied in my life than the sleep I have gotten on the tempurpedic Adapt medium mattress. I purchased an adjustable frame. I hit the up button and raise the head about 2 in. there is no pressure points on you when you sleep on this mattress it is absolutely unbelievable. The best I've ever bought.

The only thing I am slightly concerned about is that it is definitely more compressed where I sleep. I'm not sure if this is because it's only a few months old and needs to settle or what? Not too worried though given that the warranty will cover a replacement if it becomes too much of a problem.

I purchased this mattress with the two free "ADAPT PRO MID COOLING PILLOWS," which also perform equally well. If you get this mattress, it's a no brainer,,, then you MUST also get the matching technology pillows !!! I got mine free also with a free mattress pad. Why sleep on your old flat worn out pillow? I usually flip mine over if I wake up to feel that fresh coolness every time. If you have been having trouble sleeping on a worn out mattress then this one is for you. A medium firmness is good enough for just about everybody. I am a side sleeper and this product works great for me. Settle in and fall asleep instantly. I have been sleeping on mine three weeks now and I feel my Money was well spent. Z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z z.

I've been sleeping on this mattress for 2.5 months. It's still firmer than I thought it would be. The pressure point problem I had on my old mattress with my shoulder is definitely better, but the same problem with my hip is worse. Given the price of the mattress, it's rather disappointing. I'll likely have to return it soon and replace it with something softer.

Took some time getting use to from a traditional spring mattress but after a month or so it was perfectly fine. Would've given 5 stars but one of my only complaints is the lack of removable cover to be able to wash it.

It took a couple of weeks to break in. I was sore for the first week. But now it's amazing. We recently traveled and usually you travel and look forward to the beds (Atleast I do). This time I couldn't wait to get back to mine it's so perfect . I wish I could stay in bed all day!

I thought this mattress was going to a lot softer. My wife and I would get sore hips from our old mattress and we thought this would be different. The mattress in the store felt great but it was in the showroom for years. How many years do I have to wait before it breaks in?

I liked the mattress and found it very comfortable. My husband didnt like it and didnt sleep well on it. I'm hoping he will adjust to the feel of it and sleep well after a few more nights. If not, I hope I can return it during the 90 day trial period.

This mattress is so comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and was always waking up with hip pain from our old mattress, but no more. Within the first couple of days is sleeping on the Tempur-Pedic, the hip pain and random aches were gone. Very happy with this purchase.
