[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to sleep on an air mattress for more than 5 years (continued purchases) and let me say, switching was the best decision i ever made! I absolutely love the tempur technology. I specifially got the temper hybrid adapt along with the cooling pillows and the products deliver true comfort and reliability. If i had the funds I probably would've chosen the tempur breeze! Honestly, the tempur-pedic mattress is a great step into long term investments, as well as long perfect nights rest!

My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems, I called the number for Tempur-Pedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since I did not buy the mattress direct from Tempur-Pedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufacturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempur-Pedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempur-Pedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempur-Pedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

We are as pleased with this model of Tempur-pedic as our first one. Our original queen-size Tempur-pedic was 10 years old and still in excellent, like new condition. The new one with foundation support is a king-size. We needed the extra sleeping space since my husband is 6'6" and find the king size is a perfect fit for the two of us. We get a great night's sleep. I have a movement disorder and sleep is very important to my health. Our Tempur-pedic gives me the support I need to relax muscles and take away the discomfort from daytime activities. I must stress that we got excellent service chatting on line with a knowledgeable Tempur-pedic associate. I provided the information from our older Tempur-pedic and she matched me up to the newer model - even better than our older prototype mattress. We gave our queen size set to my great nephew who has a very physical job - he's sleeping better, too.

I bought a King Size M ADAPT MEDIUM HYBIRD SET, It was delivered on 2-24-19. I've always wanted a Tempur- Pedic Mattress. Even though there quite Expensive, I know it's worth it. But it does take some getting used to, because it's totally different from my old Mattress that I hade for 11 years. How ever it is very Comfortable, and I LOVE, The coolness, as I do SUFFER from HOT FLASHES & NIGHT SWEATS. I wake up with less back pain and body aches. But for some reason I am experiencing neck pain's, I'm not sure if it's the mattress being so soft, or my pillow not being supportive enough. So that's why I gave it 4 stars. I do LOVE THIS MATTRESS SET!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every morning since we purchased our new mattress I say to my husband "I love this new mattress!" I settle in at zero gravity at night and next thing I know, it's morning and I've slept for 8 hours non-stop! And on top of the comfort I feel on my back, the mattress is actually cooling. I would wake up around 3am on our old mattress feeling warm and sweaty and throw the covers off. That no longer happens so I can now sleep through the night. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse bought me a Tempur-Pedic mattress many years ago. We loved it. As it began to age, so did my back. We looked at a new Tempur-Pedic but the price was daunting for us. So I decided to look at other mattress companies. After researching the top ten recommended, I decided to do the "test sleep" offer. When the first mattress test didn't work out, we tested a second, and a third and a fourth. Each of them had good quality customer service, as does Tempur-Pedic. Each had fine shipping and delivery, as does Tempur-Pedic. Each of the mattresses had desired features of quality, comfort and support, as does Tempur-Pedic. On each one I was able to fall asleep within minutes of laying down. However, with each one I still woke up with back and hip pain. So we decided to pony up and purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress. No regrets. It has been terrific. We both sleep well and I wake up with no pain.

The first night on this bed was great compared to my last mattress; I hardly tossed and turned at all according to my Fitbit sleep tracker. Over the weeks, I have awakened to back pain still (in PT for sciatica and piriformis pain) depending on how I have the bed tilted at the head or feet on the adjustable platform. I KNOW the mattress is still new and needs to be broken in, but how long does that take? And I feel as though my side of the bed is sinking faster than my partner's (I weigh a little more than he does) and so maybe that's why I'm not getting the best sleep. I even added memory pillows to accompany the sleep experience (which has helped with neck and shoulder pain) but I am still not having the most comfortable rest. I do workout so maybe it's muscle pain and fatigue that doesn't help, but I though the Tempur-Pedic is supposed to help alleviate this type of pain? Finger's crossed, it gets better over the months. PS I did a stay at a hotel recently and had the worst sleep (or lack thereof) tat I could remember! My body was definitely missing my Tempur-Pedic!

My husband and I tried this mattress in the show room, and it felt very comfortable, however, after having it delivered to our home, it seemed much more firm than what we experienced in the show room. The salesman did say that the brand new mattress would feel a little bit more firm, but it's actually a little too firm for me, and we may switch it out for the softer model.

I've had my mattress for two years, and it's already noticeably worn in and has gotten too soft to properly support me in the correct alignment. The warranty will not cover this, as there is no visible indent and they claim this type of change doesn't affect the pressure-relieving properties. All I can say is, it does if you're heavy! Would not recommend tempur-pedic if you are heavier, at this point. It's a shame because they used to be very high quality.

Great to help with posture and fixing aches while sleeping. The mattress is slow to warm up to your body heat. I have found it odd to sleep on. Works great but it is not a mattress that you would cuddle up onto. Because of its firmness and nature it stays 'still' but maybe I am just use to a pillow top and the like.
