I bought this cream and hoped it help with the few wrinkles i have but it doesn't work . I followed the directions to with no results that wss visible. It is a crock.

Starting out, I definitely noticed a difference, but now after a month, I’m starting to get flaky spots where I use the cream (under the outer eye bags) is this normal?
