I did notice that my skin feels moisturized for the entire day and when I am waking up in the morning. Some of the really Fine lines I had started to acquire, are slightly improved with the month of use.

I purchased this product five days ago and began using it as instructed, twice a day, once the evening that I purchased it, then again in the morning after a shower, again that evening and repeated on the third day. I noticed red blotching and that my skin was drying out a little, flaking, but ignored this as the container indicates that this is typical and shows that the product is actually working. But then I began feeling a burning sensation and puffiness and redness, especially around my eyes where I need the most attention. It looks awful and hurts! I feel disinclined from using this product further, especially after reading so many reviews that indicate the same has happened to them. I notice in replies from the company that this isn't a typical reaction, but every one of the most recent reviews says the same thing. I'm stopping using this product, and hope that I can return it for a refund. In the meantime, I hope that my skin goes back to how it was before I began using this.

I bought this cream a few weeks ago to prophylactically treat fine lines and wrinkles as I enter my 30s. I like the feel of the cream and I feel like it helps my complexion and works as advertised. I only use it at night to avoid any irritation and it still helps. However, I bought the "fragrance free" version and find that it smells like very strong soy sauce. I'm not sure if thats just the way it is because of the chemicals, or if my bottle is actually bad? Its off putting but I still use it because the results are worth it. Would be nice if it could smell good or at least not at all, though!

I bought this product a month ago and my skin now feels damaged beyond repair! This product has burned the skin around my eyes so badly and created a dry, itchy rash on my neck. I stuck with it for a couple of weeks as the redness and soreness was described as a normal reaction until your skin gets used to the product. UMMMM NOOOO. That NEVER happened and my eyes are seriously so burned from the product I've been using cold packs to soothe them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any skin care product.

It made me surprised and wow that some of brown spots on my face looks smaller and some had gone(I took my photos before and after to compare). This cream is rather rich but it's not greasy. It helps reduce my wrinkles a little bit and I think if I used it long time, it will help a lot, for me, I have not minor irritation experience. I used it as recommended, twice daily, once in the morning under sunscreen and the other at night, I think my skin look smoother than before. I use many products of Neutrogena and this Retinol Cream will be the new member on my dressing table.

I focus the product more around where I'm prone to fine lines and wrinkles but I do apply all over my face. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. My wrinkle areas do appear smoother. I feel like this product is promising.

Been using about 2 weeks and can see a slight difference already in my deep craters on cheeks and crows feet! But, its just starting to burn in the morning and by the time I get to work my face is red. Today I notice that area is flaky dry. I also wonder if this is right for me or if I should be using the intensive therapy?
