I purchased this product five days ago and began using it as instructed, twice a day, once the evening that I purchased it, then again in the morning after a shower, again that evening and repeated on the third day. I noticed red blotching and that my skin was drying out a little, flaking, but ignored this as the container indicates that this is typical and shows that the product is actually working. But then I began feeling a burning sensation and puffiness and redness, especially around my eyes where I need the most attention. It looks awful and hurts! I feel disinclined from using this product further, especially after reading so many reviews that indicate the same has happened to them. I notice in replies from the company that this isn't a typical reaction, but every one of the most recent reviews says the same thing. I'm stopping using this product, and hope that I can return it for a refund. In the meantime, I hope that my skin goes back to how it was before I began using this.

It did nothing for firmness. I did not see a difference in dullness. I have used the product for one week. Maybe over a longer time period it will improve more. I bought this product a month ago and my skin now feels damaged beyond repair! This product has burned the skin around my eyes so badly and created a dry, itchy rash on my neck. I stuck with it for a couple of weeks as the redness and soreness was described as a normal reaction until your skin gets used to the product. UMMMM NOOOO. That NEVER happened and my eyes are seriously so burned from the product I've been using cold packs to soothe them. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any skin care product.

I received all of the Rapid Wrinkle Repair products for Christmas. The first two weeks were fine and The hubs even noticed and said my skin looked smoother and I felt like it was working. Fast forward three weeks (to the day) and I now have burn marks on the sides of my eyes, a rash on my face and my whole face itches constantly. I have been using it sporadically and using less applications but just using one product this morning and my face won’t stop itching. I know it is nothing else that I use as I rarely wear makeup and have not used or eaten anything out of my norm. I have now read many reviews like this and am very disappointed. So is my husband who bought these all for me because He knew it was on my wish list to try. My mother also received as a gift too and she went through the same thing. Except hers started by the next day.

It makes my skin soft and at the same time firmer, nicely hydrating my face and neck. I was concerned about warnings but I did not have anyone, like redness or skin scaling. I would definitely keep using and buying this cream.

I have very sensitive skin and am very limited on what I can use on my face. Neutrogena has been the most pleasant surprise and among that is the Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cream! I find it very gentle on my skin but also very effective and in approximately 6-8 weeks I’m noticing an obvious improvement/decrease in my wrinkles on my forehead and neck! It’s so nice to find a great product that actually works, is sensitive to my skin and doesn’t break the bank! I am really loving all of the Neutrogena products I’ve tried so far!! I have been using it for about a week now and have been enjoying it. This rich moisture is easy to smooth out around the face and neck leaving my skin soft and moisturized. Especially now that the cold weather is here, my skin needs more moisturizing. I do notice that my skin looks healthier, but I don’t really know if it works for fine lines yet. And an A++ for fragrance free. Yes, I would recommend this product.

It went on smoothly and didn't leave a residue or leave me feeling itchy or looking blotchy. This has been a problem in the past for me with other products. I didn't really notice any skin restorative effects and that's why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But this could be because I've only used it for about a week. I plan to keep using it though so we'll see if it does what it says eventually.
