I've been using the product for almost a week now, applying it every morning and night before bed. I've noticed that the dark spot on my left cheek has completely disappeared, while the one on my right cheek is lightening up quite well. Compared to other products I've used to lighten dark spots, this is the first product that has brought about such a significant change. The cream has improved my skin texture and evened out my skin tone in some areas. My skin feels a little more hydrated than before, and after constant use, it feels smoother and more hydrated. Pros: - Noticeable reduction in dark spots - Smooth and hydrating texture - Even skin tone Cons: - Still experiencing light skin irritation - Needed to use a moisturizing wash before application - No scent (Fragrance-free) - Didn't achieve the desired glowy skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena Retinol Cream was very buttery and smooth. The fragrance free aspect was great especially if you are sensitive to smells. A little product goes a long way which is great with skin care. After 2 weeks of use I can definitely tell that my skin is softer, brighter, and more firm. I also believe I have noticed a decrease in my fine lines. Overall I would recommend this product.

I use it every morning and incorporated it into my routine. Love that it is not heavy, very creamy and you don't know its there. I did not experience any redness or flaking due to the retinol. A lot of wrinkle repair products either don’t work or cause my skin to break out or burn. This felt great on my skin, and didn’t redden my face at all. I plan to continue to use this product until it’s empty and probably buy more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cream itself is.... well, creamy. It has a smooth texture that is easy to apply. You don't need to apply a lot to cover the entire area. It does tingle a bit when applying and did leave my skin a tad pinkish in color the first few times I applied it. I regularly use retinol based products so my skin is fairly used to it. For those that are new to retinol, I would definitely do a skin test beforehand to make sure that you aren't going to have a reaction to it. At the very least, space apart your usage and only apply once every 2-3 days. I started out slow at first, as I do with any new retinol based product, and slowly increased my usage. I am no longer experiencing any side effects. So far, I have noticed some results. My skin looks brighter and the dark spots have diminished slightly. I can't say that I noticed a reduction of my fine lines just yet but I am still pleased with the results that I have seen. I don't look so "Fester Addams-ish" now which is a good thing. :)

I am 25 years old and I have always religiously put sun block on, even if I was only staying in doors. As I have gotten older I have wanted to do more to very faint lines I had on my forehead and the consistency of my skin, THIS stuff is amazing ! I have only used it for about 2 weeks and my skin is glowing and so soft ! Neutrogena you’ve done it again !

It has a matte finish once dry and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy. I noticed the texture of my skin feels smoother after applying it, especially on my upper cheek and forehead. I have been using it at night after cleansing, and my skin looks great in the morning.
