I like that it is fragrance free too and made by a company that I can trust. The cream absorbs well into my skin and didn't leave my face feeling at all greasy. The skin looks smoother on my face after using it for one week and I like the results so far that I have seen. I highly recommend this repair cream.

I like that it comes in a glass jar and it’s fragrance-free. No unnecessary extra ingredients! I also like that I didn’t need to put another moisturizer on top. This cream is very moisturizing on its own; it left my skin soft and smooth. I have also been using this cream on my neck and chest to combat years of sun damage. My skin is more even toned and spots on my chest are starting to fade. Fine lines are fading as well. This is promising as I have only been using this for 2 weeks; it think it will be even better over time. My only warning is to start slow- every other night and work up to nightly. If you use too much your skin will be red so be patient but keep using it so your skin will acclimate . Great for all ages - use as a treatment to correct or as a preventative. It’s comparable to prescription strength stuff - it’s definitely worth it!

My advice is to ease into and not apply twice per day from the beginning I have been using the product for a little over a month now (3 times per week) and have noticed smoothers, tighter skin and diminished sunspots. It's affordable and does its job. I haven’t had any reaction to it. I think it’s a great staple in the aging skincare routine because of the retinol.

This is an OTC retinol product. I made sure to pay attention to how my skin is responding to it everytime I use it. I use it sparingly and paired with another moisturizer to help reduce any chance of retinol side effects. I am coming to the bottom of my first jar and I am very satisfied with it. I use it every other night. And sunscreen every single day while using retinol. I read a review about someone using this everyday twice a day out in the sun while skiing on a mountain without using sunscreen and im like,,,yeah I am not surprised at all you you had retinol burns basically. That sounds horrible.

I'm a big fan of retinol and I've always had good experiences with Neutrogena products. The texture of the cream is rich and smooth. It applies easily and layers well with my other skincare products without pilling. I like that I can use this both morning and night. As with any retinol products though, it's important to remember to use sunscreen on your face in the daytime. There is a mild fragrance, but not like an added perfume. It just smells lightly like retinol products I've used. I felt like this cream effectively moisturized my skin helped to improve the texture. I'm confident that with continued use, I will see improved results.

I've used this product before and have always been happy with the quality and results. However, the most recent jar I received was completely different—it had an oily, gelatinous texture and looked nothing like the smooth cream I'm used to. It had separated from the sides of the jar and wouldn’t even stick to my finger when I tried to use it. I reached out to Neutrogena, but their response was disappointing—they simply said they’d pass the information along and told me to contact Sam’s Club. Fortunately, Sam’s Club provided a full refund with no hassle. So, 0 stars for Neutrogena’s customer service, but 5 stars for Sam’s Club.

I love this product, and it works! Initially I had some redness, burning, but it went away. My skin is definitely smoother, more hydrated, less obvious pores and wrinkles. I stopped using it for a while for two reasons: I hated the smell, but the fragrance free version solves that problem. I hate the packaging - please, please do something about it. Why not just a small box to hold the jar? The packaging is infernal to open, but worse is the glob of industrial strength glue that is virtually impossible to remove from the bottom of the jar, which then sticks to everything. If you solve that problem you will have a dedicated customer for life.
