I have not had any reactions on my face (I avoid the eye area), my neck is badly scarred - red and itchy. It's embarrassing because I have to go to work with makeup on my neck now - to hide the redness. I am going to give it a break for a few days and see if the redness and itchiness go away.

I never write reviews but was so disappointed in this product that I felt compelled to write this review. After using for a day or two, my face started burning with painful, dry red spots under my eyes and on my cheeks. My face hurts and feels hot to the touch. I also noticed new wrinkles under my eyes, so this product actually does the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Do not buy!

It works well for my skin and I feel that it helps my skin look healthier overall. I love that its fragrance free! It has a smooth texture that absorbs quickly and completely. This feels like a high quality skincare product. I would definitely recommend this.

I honestly wasn’t expecting too much from this in terms of skin cell turnover being that it was just an over the counter retinol cream, but to my surprise (and delight) I actually noticed that it was causing my skin to peel and exfoliate! I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now so I can’t say I see huge improvement, but with the way its working so far I can only imagine it will help with preventing aging and helping my fine lines. I also love that it’s fragrance free, and I wish Neutrogena would do this for all its products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this during the evening for about a week and I really like how gentle this formula is. I haven’t broken out or had any flaking. Skin is moisturized and glowy in the morning. Didn’t notice any dark spots lightening up but will continue to use.

I bought this product because I was looking for wrinkle reduction. After two days the skin around my eyes burned and touching it was unbearable. Now the area is swollen and my eyelids are drooping. Nothing gives me comfort. I want my money back. This product should not be on the market.

I love the way it feels on my skin, and I can immediately feel the tightening upon application and see my wrinkles reduced. It does well both under makeup and as a night cream. Very impressive!

I have bad under eye bags and I was looking for a healthy solution. I am 20 years old and the second time I used this product, it burned so bad. My eyes were so red and I had to go to work looking like a panda. I didn’t even put a lot on. I have previously used other eye creams and they slightly burned my eyes but this one was way worse. I think it has a larger amount of fragrance than the previous products given the fact that my eyes only stung like that when fragranced products were applied. My skin now burns when I try to use anything to help it heal. It has now been a day since I used this product and my skin is still really red and peeling. It is extremely dry as well. Also, I have the Neutrogena makeup wipes and they burned my eyes as well. They also said “hydrating” but contains fragrance which apparantly dries out your skin. This is by far the worst brand to go to when it comes to skin care. Thank you Neutrogena for the red panda eyes because I can’t even wear makeup to cover up the chemical burns around my eyes.
