Easy to navigate after much help from support.

TV IS GREAT THE SET UP IS A MAJOR ORDEAL. YOU HAVE CALL TO GET HELP TOOK ME THREE DAYS BEFORE I WAS SOMEONE SATISFIED. THE REMOTE IS GREAT NO EXPLANATION HOW TO USE ALL THE BOTTOMS.

Not for seniors

You need a PHD to operate it. The directions are nonexistent. It takes forever to get into Spectrum TV. My kids influenced me to buy it and regret doing so. It is toooooooo difficult to use for people not in love with technology..
