Another great Samsung product.

I bought this TV for our outdoor patio set up. I is very thin, lightweight and has a beautiful picture. I purchase Samsung electronics because I love the integration between them and my mobile devices. The cost, look and styling of this unit fit perfectly in our outdoor upgrade.

Great Picture and tremendous content

I'm still marveling at the features within this device. Beside a brilliant picture, true colors, and outstanding content built-ins this smart TV is a pleasure to view and interact with. I'm hooked on the trivia feature (The Six) and the background visuals provide a constant reminder of the excellence of this product.

Tv is great ::remote and fail

Love my Samsung 65crystal Du8000 The picture is phenomenal! I purchased in December as a gift to myself , 5 months later still happy ! However :::: the voice remote I can not say the same thing ! Alexa voice never works ! The buttons do not work without voice activation! I have to mute it everyday to achieve the proper volume , or even having to leave on because of the buttons not working is frustrating and aggravating!

Samsung TVs are the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung, TV! My sister didn't care for hers, she said the picture wasn't the best, but I'm in love with the picture, the sounds, the quality! I think the remotes need to change, but other then that. It's fantastic.

A Must for TV Enjoyment!

A truly terrific TV. My wife and I love it. The movies are amazing - but the best, for me, are the sporting events. Super Bowl was fantastic! And, as an avid golfer, I can even see the blades of grass and "breaks" on each green. Simply the best!

Terrible picture

I just got tv put up and instantly I have blue background with white clouds over entire screen. I’ve owned Samsung for several years but this one is bad. I hope it’s not the norm now I’m sending back. The problem with this is the customer is stuck with the expense of having tv installed and taken back down and install new one again

Hi Ricky, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the screen issues you are experiencing. Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue. 1. First, let's run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2. Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source, but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After reconnecting the external device, please turn it off and back on. 3. Test the HDMI cable. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. 5. Please run a Picture Test to determine if the problem is caused by the TV. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. Samsung 75" TV
