No instruction for remote except put in batteries. On-line instructions useless. Volume on one setting very low even when set high. I returned my Hisense TV for technical difficulties and no solutions to problems.

After using this tv for a few weeks, the default settings and remote functionality are kind of annoying but for the price, it’s a decent tv. Easy to install all my apps and good picture quality.

Such a great buy! Perfect size and so easy to set up. The picture is crystal clear. I put it on a rolling cart so I can move it around my sewing room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never got past trying to put the legs on. The legs were flimsy and difficult to handle. I'm returning the set and choosing a different one.

Big TV for my little space, i am happy with my purchase but Vizio changed the connections very little to connect now compared to 5 years ago on my 29 inch that I had my camera hooked to, IM KEEPING IT

The sound is very low, especially on movies. The install was way too long. Its a light that comes on constantly and we don't know what it is or why it comes on.

sound quality is not good , many time getting beep voices in between, not sure if this is general problem with this tv. pucture quality is good but navigation is slow.

I am very disappointed. I had a power surge that disconnected my tv from the internet. I would think it would be a reset button but didn’t find one. I’ve reset the internet still nothing. I just purchased in September. Who do I contact ?

Terrible buy!! This is by far one of the slowest lagging tvs I’ve ever purchased. Onn is 100xs better everything compared to this tv purchase a name doesn’t make the tv I can tell ya that!

I had searched for several weeks to find the correct size television for my office display. Dimensions were crucial and the Vizio tv fit all the criteria.
