TV IS FINE - secure in box but someone failed to take off the security tag. I am not bringing back just for that - I can cut them off. Delivery person did not act too bright - wasn't sure how to carry both packages at same time One big, one little and dropped the little one. The TV box has handles on it for easy carry.

I LOVE this TV! It has a super sharp picture, the built-in audio is fine, but if you really are serious about audio from your TV you probably have external speakers. But the built-in is very satisfactory. The speed with which this units starts up is AMAZING! It takes almost no time. The built-in Smart TV system is excellent even though I use Chromecast. I think anyone who buys this TV will LOVE it!!!

We saw these for $138 each and we snapped up 3 for our Kids bedrooms and the guest bedroom. These may be last years model but it’s a robust Smart TV that was well worth the money!! Highly recommended!! I’m a Vizio guy, I’ve had success with every model I have owned. About 12 total over the years.

Great tv for the price. I’ve always liked Vizio, whenever we’ve upgraded that’s the brand we go with. But was disappointed when I bought one a few years ago, the lemon I finally replaced with this new one. I would highly recommend this brand. Great value.

The 5-year-old Vizio I had was not responding to adjustments to adjust the screen settings %26 this one is ok so far, BUT it won't accept the signal from the stereo speakers the older, same size %26 model used to enhance the sound. Can you send the reason why %26 how to correct the problem with instructions? Thanks for your reply %26 help :^)

The feet on this TV do not screw in tightly and they are very wobbly.. The TV will not stand on its own. I was able to take the feet off of my old TV and use those screws to put the legs on this new TV and they worked perfectly.. The self tapping screws that come with this TV are too big. If you’re able to use the screws from a TV you’re not using. I would suggest you try it.

Not only do you now have to make an account for vizo products now which is stupid in itself, this one won’t stay connected to the internet and won’t stay signed in to the vizo account. Useless brand now. Get anything else to avoid dealing with the headache

I just bought this for my little sister and I wish I would have bought the same size for myself when I bought it I bought myself a 32, this one is the perfect size. it takes a little while to set up, just the whole installation process that it does on its own. but once it runs it's coarse everything including signing into all of your apps and subscriptions is a breeze. you can do it with four digits on your phone.

I was dissapointed that there was onlt 2 HDMI ports and NO RCA inputs for audio/video so that I could connect my VHS/DVD unit . and The older VIZIO TV has a lot more connectivity possibilities. I should had doug deeper while I was searching for a repacement TV

took long to switch between streaming apps or free built in channels %26once it finally does load it ends freezing, lagging or speeding up the video as if trying to get it properly synced with picture %26 audio %26 the show or movie its trying to play... the only app it did allow me to watch anything in was netflix which played smoothly! internet connection was excellent so not internet issue! hulu, paramount the free tv nothing else would work properly
