I had to go through setup about 7 times. If you have done one you know the length of that process. No help from the chatbot.

It has a good picture and sound is ok. The wifi connection has a lot to be desired for live broadcasts and would benefit from a network cable jack.

Setup is a little complicated. Support is not always available and they are not always helpful to support the questions how to solve the problem.

this is so much better than my previous tv and i have a vizio that is over 12 years old and still going strong
