Way to many steps to get to different channels. Remote is difficult to use as buttons are not clearly visible. Took it down and getting rid of it!

I bought this tv for my daughter and now it makes me want to update the rest of my house to Vizio products

My kids got me this for Christmas,love it wish it had the xfinity app on it. I'm hoping they add it soon
