We bought this Vizio 40 “ tv 9 days ago. No instructions came with it. Had to get an app which wasn’t helpful at all. Finally we were able to scan the channels but not all channels were there. Next day all channels were gone! Had to rescan everything again. Called our service provider thinking something was wrong with our cable.Rescanned our channels several times but never was able to get all of our channels. Pure piece of junk!

bought tv to play a video off of usb. It plays the video but will not loop as it says it would. Have tried updating software. that did not work. tried different usb. that did not work. Tried putting multiples of the same video on the usb. that did not work. TV does not work as advertised.

I bought this tv because the sleep timer on my old one quit working. I just want to view the local stations that I can reach with an antenna. This tv is way too complicated. The channels don’t change quickly and it often locks up so I have to shut it off and start over. When I turn it on I don’t want to have make 5 choices to find the station I was watching when I shut it off.

I purchased this as a replacement TV for my bedroom. Definitely glad I did. I actually move this into the primary bedroom as I am severely loving the features and the picture quality and I put the TV from the primary bedroom into the other room since it’s hardly used Finding I enjoy movies and programs so much more with how much better the picture is

I recently purchased the Vizio 43 inch smart television and I'm extremely happy I did! The features on this tv are extraordinary and I'm discovering something new everyday. I'm a fan of Vizio as I still have my original 32 inch tv that I've had since 2010 and it's still working at perfectly! The best brand ever!!

I purchased for a travel trailer, so it needs to connect to my Samsung phone hotspot. I initially was very frustrated that the TV could recognize every other phone and StarLink in the campground, but not my phone. Interestingly, I had to manually enter the network name as if it were a "hidden" network. I found numerous other users online report the same experience. Works fine now, but it would have been nice for some explanation somewhere in all the Vizio guides I downloaded. And, perhaps, in a few years when I upgrade my phone I will have to remember this weird quirk...

I’ve had my Vizio Smart TV for almost two months now, and I absolutely love it. It offers a great selection of free movies and shows, plus you can download and stream from tons of other apps. The video quality is outstanding — the brightness and clarity are top-notch. Best of all, it was super affordable! I’m honestly impressed with everything about it.

the TV has a Great picture and clear screen, like the Hot buttons to the streaming services, the built in Visio Free app gives me good choices to watch along with the ability to get other streaming services. I also use the TV as my Computer monitor as well

This set replaces one that had sound issues. The picture and sound quality is really good. The remote is simple but functions very well, much better than some higher priced alternatives. When I first saw the price of this set I thought it must be a typo, then I thought it can’t be very good at that price, but trust me me, it is very good!
