Not sure what the problem is but the sound is very bad. Without a sound bar you have to turn the volume up past 75 to hear it in a small room. I connected Vizio sound bar and it is better but still poor quality with the dialing volume very poor. I would not recommend this tv.

Purchased about a week ago, and had it mounted on my bedroom wall. It's a great location to catch up on the daily events before turning in for the night. The picture is of high quality, and the on screen apps make it easy to navigate thru the system. My new Vizio replaced another unit, an older version TV, and boy howdy; what a difference, AMAZING!

The picture is great & the tv overall is a great value at this price point. However, the apps are very, very limited. There are some that come preloaded but no App Store or way to download some very popular apps. Casting from your phone shouldn’t be the only option. Hope Vizio adds more apps with an update or gets an actual App Store option on their smart tvs.

I’ve had my Vizio Smart TV for almost two months now, and I absolutely love it. It offers a great selection of free movies and shows, plus you can download and stream from tons of other apps. The video quality is outstanding — the brightness and clarity are top-notch. Best of all, it was super affordable! I’m honestly impressed with everything about it.

This is the third Visio TV that I have purchased in the last year and I have not been disappointed in any of them. The prices have been very good and they have all worked just fine out of the box. I would like to have a little better Owner's Manual included with them, but all of the necessary information for setting them up is included and more comprehensive information is available online.

The tv looks great and sounds good. Only reason I have it a 3 stars is because it REQUIRES me to download vizio app to be able to use Netflix and nother streaming services that are already on the tv. I don't need another app taking up space on my phone.

I just received my Vizio and so far, everything seems to be working perfectly! I cancelled the cable service - $$$! I’m new to streaming but the manual and videos have made the setup easy! Thankful to be enjoying my favorites and saving $$ in the process!

Bought this TV for use in the bedroom but the picture and channel options are so good I am thinking of moving it to the living room. Set up was super easy and having the Vizio app on my phone is a plus. The only problem is deciding what to watch with all the great content.

I purchase just purchased this T.V. to replace my 50" Toshiba smart T.V. that just when blank on me after 5 years. The picture quality isn't the same and it says Alexa capable but not sure what I need to do to make Alexa work. These days you need to be so smart to work even a T.V.

We needed a new 43-inch television for our bedroom and did not want to spend a lot of money. We found a simple 1080p Vizio that seemed just the right TV for our needs. It took a little time to adjust the picture but it looks good now, not great, but for the price we are pleased. Now hopefully it will last.
