I bought this recently and set it up the other day. It is sleek, lightweight and came at a great price. I like the picture and the detail. The remote and setup instructions were a bit confusing, and the setup was a problem using the mobile app. Everything “froze” on the Mobile app, and I needed to go the web to set it up properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As we are preparing to have a newborn, we wanted to add an affordable smart TV to our bedroom for all of the sleepless nights ahead of us. Our Vizio Smart TV is definitely exceeding our expectations - this is something we thought we would utilize sometimes, however it has been a life-saver with how many streaming options and apps there are. It has completely won us over and stolen our hearts in the short few days that we have had it and I look forward to watching a show or two before bed each night now, even before the baby.

Easy setup, but MAX keeps popping up an error message every 10 minutes. After a month of use, the tv became unresponsive until I unplugged it for a minute & restarted. A fee days later it appeared to reset to factory on it's own. It was inexpensive, so don't have high expectations.

All of the inputs and movies listed are so small, you need a pair of binoculars or be standing right in front of the TV to read the titles, you can't read the titles across normal room, zoom doesn't work well either, when zoom is activated and you search for an input or movie, you get the A to D letters, you can't tell what letter after that, you are on and you can't tell what line you are on also because you only can see the first 2 or 3 lines, the zoom is not centered on the search mode, if you find a movie to watch the zoom mode only centers on the top left corner of the icon, the zoom mode is really bad, more trouble than its worth. Sometimes my language keeps changing to French, I don't read French and its hard to find how to change it back to English, I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has bought this to your attention.

Overall I love the tv. Picture quality is great, sound is good. Setup was a royal pain, multiply updates just to get the menu and settings to show correctly. The connection to internet is horrible but workable. Took forever to have the option to use over the air antenna because it needed updates added to the menu. No antenna option straight out of the box

The sound bar has great sound TV has a beautiful picture. I love all the apps that have great systems. I have no complaints.. and it’s crazy how it’s so much like using a computer nowadays

bought tv to play a video off of usb. It plays the video but will not loop as it says it would. Have tried updating software. that did not work. tried different usb. that did not work. Tried putting multiples of the same video on the usb. that did not work. TV does not work as advertised.

I never buy anything BUT Vizio because they have always been a solid product. The picture is excellent and when Sharpness is turned up, it looks as good as UHD. I left one star off for the speed of the processor. Slower than my internet but excellent for the price!

Worst TV I ever purchased The processor is too slow doesn’t power off have to unplug it multiple times just to even use the apps on the TV now we all know once we set up our TV we don’t have access to a lot of cords so what do you think about unplugging it from the power cord to use your apps every time you change the channel and freezes every time you go to the Home Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this 43" TV as a bedroom screen for occasional watching. I'm very pleased with the picture quality, sound quality, and lightweight design. The smart TV functions are actually pretty decent, comparable with Roku or Fire TV. It's a shame they don't have an Xbox cloud gaming app like other TVs, but that's easily taken care of with a Fire Stick. Otherwise, all the other major streaming services are covered. For the price, this is a really decent choice as a secondary room TV.
