We absolutely love our Vizio TV! This is the third Vizio we've bought because we like them so much. They're super easy to install and set up, the picture is always great, and the sound is good too. And now you even get lots of free channels through Vizio automatically when you purchase the TV. I would definitely recommend this TV.

this TV is one of the most annoying appliances I have ever had the miss pleasure of owning. If I touch the side of it, it resets totally and I have to put everything back on it, so if I want to open my bedroom window, I have to plan on reinstalling Netflix, etc. I hate this TV. I'm more than hated. I despise it.

i did not realize that you HAVE to link it to a Wal-Mart account to utilize the smart features. I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED if I knew that. it is for my daughter and she does not need access to my account. Other than that, is is a decent TV for a good orice

This is my 4th Vizio tv in the past 16years. This one was difficult for me to set up took 2 hours to be able to get ROKU working. We've had for 2 weeks now the sound becomes uncontrollable, can't turn up or down. Turning off and on doesn't clear it, but if you unplug it the tv wait for a minute plug it back turn it on it works fine for a few hours. Changing signal input also quits working and it must be unplugged. I am returning the tv today

This TV is a great TV for a kids. But it is easily damaged. It was easy to install an easy set up. Only thing is when I got everything opened. The remote already did not work, even though I had batteries in buns on the remote did not work already. Next time i will pick it up from the store myself because it was damaged and i didnt get the warranty on it.

Absolutely horrible. TV freezes and we just bought it a month ago. Would not recommend at all!
