This purchase was for my Mom's Birthday. She loves the TV for her bedroom. She loves the clear picture, sound, and plenty of free movies. The set-up was long but worth the wait. My Mom said I have to get use to this Big TV. Ecstatic that she is Happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New replacement, seems to work fine but not a fan of all the “Trending” and other clutter on the Home Screen. Biggest complaint is not able to download local broadcast apps like News Center Maine to re-stream the local broadcast and weather. Second complaint is that OTA antenna channels are commingled with junk stations on the WatchFree+ app.

Bought this tv to replace one in our back room. I was looking for a quality smart tv so I can watch Thursday Night Football as well as more games on Sundays. Utilizing available controls with a little adjustment has a great picture quality. If I need to replace another set I will definitely look at the Vizio offerings.

I'm very impressed with the picture quality and the huge range of programming choices. My only disappointment is the poor Bluetooth/remote options.

Once connect and powered up, it took two system updates and one app update to be ready for use, but it works great! This 40" class set replaces a 32" class unit, and the added diagonal 8" makes a huge difference in picture clarity.

The picture quality us top notch, the sound us high quality and loud and it was affordable… easily. One of the best buys in a long time could've gotten a little bit bigger one but decided to get the smaller one with all the extras, and it was definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of the exact same TV. One for my 91 yo mother and my 88 yo father. Each in a their separate rooms. I downloaded the app for one purpose, that was so I could control the their tv's from my home. Because they are always calling me to ask me how to change the channel. First time I tried to use it from my home, I was told I have to be in the same wifi as the tv's. If that is the case, then why bother with the app, I would just use the remote. Absolutely useless. I have a Samsung TV and I can control it when I am not at home.

Very frustrating trying to change channels etc. Very tricky trying to aim to the location on tv where it responds to. The picture quality we are impressed with! Audio sound is not the greatest either we have made some modifications and will adjust to the audio I'm sure. Overall fir the price you can't beat it!
