Very disappointing to have a new tv that is so bad. There is a terrible delay with the remote and it glitches constantly during streaming on most apps. I own other Vizio tvs and they work great. This however is garbage. The tech support from Vizio is also useless.

The picture is fantastic and now we just need to figure out a way to enlarge the font on the menu/movie descriptions etc. I'm sure there must be a way. We are very satisfied with the TV but we just need new glasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 43” Vizio expecting a TV. What I got was a full-blown experience. The picture is so crisp it makes real life look slightly blurry. The sound? Loud enough to make me feel like I'm in the movie, but respectful enough not to scare the dog. Setup was fast, simple, and didn't require a tech degree or a prayer. This TV has already survived binge-watching, late-night YouTube spirals, and full-volume Sunday movies without a single hiccup. If this TV were a person, it would be reliable, attractive, and mind its business. I don't write reviews, but this one earned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased thisvitem to teplaceca defective unit. The unit lasted less than 3 months. This unit is difficult to use with sn antenna. It also wont setup for my prime video account unless connected to a network. I also had to buy an upgraded HDTV antenna. The former one wouldn't pickup any stations. It worked fine for the smaller hdtv unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 Vizio smart TV's. 2 of them 43” and 1 of them 55” The picture on each tv is completely different. The 55” is un viewable unless you sit directly in front of it. Both of the 43” tvs have a good picture one is brighter in color than the other but for the most part good from all angles. However, one of them makes a popping sound every time you change the channel or after a period of quiet, like between commercials or changing apps. How can 3 of the exact same thing be so different. If I have to guarantee my payment, y'all should have to guarantee your product. I don't care about a manufacturing mishap, that's not my problem. You should not offer a product if it is not up to standard and if this is your standard, you should raise them significantly!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 20 year old flat screen went dark! I've had other Visio flat screens that worked well so I bought one off the shelf to replace it. I thought it would take a while to get it performing and to get used to the controls but it was up and running in less than 10 minutes. The voice prompts made it an easy process. It was affordable, had a great picture and the programming was easy to tweak to our satisfaction. We're really happy with this Visio! I'd give it 5 stars but I'm sure something could be improved. With the amazon prime account i had before i am done - no more need for cable or any other wired connection. Total freedom and i love it!

It was easy to unbox and set up, but took more than an hour to get everything to function, with cables, wi-fi, apps, sound bar, registration, updates, etc. Smart options include free channels and familiar apps. It works well but since it has more options it requires more steps to get to the cable option that I use most often. It has a clear picture @ 1080p. Size at 32" is perfect for my bedroom which is an upgrade from my Visio 24" TV which still works after 12 years. The speakers are clear but I prefer a sound bar. This TV has everything I need and more. It is an excellent product and well worth the price.
