I am electronically challenged and became very frustrated trying to determine to maneuver the programming and also finding the way to switch to cable tv. I haven't had a chance to try out some of the apps included yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 32” TV is a great value. Four out of five TVs in our home are Vizio TVs for good reasons. The picture and the features are excellent. The owners manual is available by searching online only. I do think that it would be helpful to at least include a quick start guide with a road map of the menu structure. Lacking that, it took me longer than necessary to find and figure out how to integrate the ROKU remote control properly. Once it was done, it works perfectly. The black drop down box with guidelines about how to fill out this survey covers up the text that I type (on my iPad).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always liked Vizio and I like the TV clarity and size but do not like the menu setup that does not allow me options of how I want it setup. I do not like the remote at all. It is small with minimal options and not what was advertised.

I bought a Vizo tv in 2024 for my living room. My Vizo in my bedroom was order model and it stopped working. So I had to replace that one. Vizo tvs are great.

This unit was a warranty replacement (process for this replacement was simple, fair and easily carried out) for a 40" purchased earlier. The recently purchased one was a replacement for a 37" "non-smart" Vizio I have had for nearly 20 years. I replaced it to buy a "Smart" TV and Vizio was my natural choice and the only brand considered. The new one, delivered 2 days ago, is providing an excellent picture and was easy to set up. So far, I am extremely pleased and anticipate no problems.
